Cheers dave that did help, its now sorted, with that trim removed and the door handle etc on the inside off it is possible to get a skinny hand inside, turned out when i pinched the bolts up on the door i tightened the lock bit up too tight, bloody dope!!! Many thanks.

I have the exact same problem, mine is the small water hoses which feed down to the turbos, its a git to do, i can get my skinny hand to the pipes, but getting a tool to it is a different matter. I reckon it will be an engine out job to get it sorted properly. (unless anyone knows different) In the mean time, ill keep topping her up!!

OK, heres the story. Had to take an oversized passenger to brighton at the weekend, who managed to bust my passenger seat belt, so i took it apart and fixed it, only i think ive knocked something to do with the door handle mechanism or lock whilst i was in there and now the door will not open either locked or unlocked, or from inside or outside. So now i need to remove the door panel to get to the lock/handle mechanism, but how do i get the panel off with the door shut? Seems like mission impossible to me. All help greatly appreciated.
