i managed nearly 400 miles on one tank on a run to brighton and back a few years ago, with stock exhaust, limiter etc. Also with the same setup, doing a 2 mile run to work and back in winter l got it down to 11mpg.

I know the koyo takes a shedloadd more water than the stock one to fill, but one thing i,d advise is keep the bleed screw off your stock rad to go in the koyo, as the plastic screws on them are poo and snap at the thought of being tightened, failing that an escort 1.4 temp sender fits in there well and looks like a nice brass one!!!!
