I only had one problem with mine, when i had an extremly oversized passenger, who will remain nameless, who pulled the belt out all the way and i had to take the door card off to reset the mechanism. I dont let Chunk wear a belt now!!!

I found a load of yen and a handful of japanese petrol recipts in mine, and a few japanese chuddy wrappers, i also found the origonal but very basic nissan toolkit (pliers and a double ended screwdriver) and two bottles of japanese nissan brake fluid.

I remember chunk ovrtaking me in the post count stakes, and that wasnt that long ago. Amazing what unemployment can do for you post count!!!!

It does sound like the same one, did mine months ago and did chunks weeks ago. Its ok if you got small hands like me, bit fiddly takes about an hour, the brake master doesnt need to come off.

Rarely use mine so not much of a problem. Nornally if it goes saggy whilst driving you can click the button and it should reset.

An oil cooler will cost you just over a oner, maybe a bit less, and a few hours to fit if you take your time. A new box will set you back about a grand for a good recon. I know where the smart money is. My first zed had no aftermarket oil cooler, lasted just under 6 weeks and it cooked the gearbox, i bet i didnt even do 500 miles in it.

Thats probaly a relay for the electric fan, give the temp sensor wires a waggle under the bonnet see if that cures it.
