Wierd, I had a 92 nova 1.2, as new had no cats, i believe cats were on some 92 cars, most 93 ones, but not law on all cars till 1994(K/L reg). Either way imports are excluded, thats why you have to take your log book for with you for mot to prove its an import, do this and no cat test.

i wouldnt undo the two drains on the engine if i were you, snap one off and you fooked. all you got to do is blow as hard as you can down the top rad hose into the engine, that will push most of the old water out.

Dont want to sound pessamistic, but it couldnt be one siezed turbo could it? That would half the boost would it not? Really hope it isnt though mate. On the plus side it looks like your making about 120bhp on the graph, should be more than plenty for you southern softies!!!

The overheating is a bit of a big deal, but the other things are to be expected of a cheap zed! Look at the price, your gonna get faults for that kind of money. You get what you pay for.

The place that did mine said as it was an import, it didnt need testing. Happy days!

I only recongnise them with either their tits out or pants down, so ive got no idea!!!!!

1. the car will drain a higher pecentage of the battery's power starting. 2. the alternator will put a charge in at a higher rate than the battery can cope with thus making it fizz more than it normally would, and reduce the battery's life.

That 075 the old one is too week, the zed will cook it. Is your new one an 056??? The norm is 069 for uk and 068 for imports.

Billing didnt have cow poo all over the place. EoE was good for size and layout, but cack for toilets, showers etc. Billing had the fair as a bit of a breather from the cars (and nice for those with kids i guess) At billing i went for alot of walks around to see the other stands, at EoE once round was enough. Billing had a few cafe's where you could sit in and eat, EoE didnt. I think our club had such a good marquee and good people in and around it that the venue was almost imaterial. But the main thing i miss about Billing is THE LAKE!!!!!!
