  1. Got some 10*15 speakers from a local supplier today. The mount size is actually about 8*15. ****ing assholes. It clearly says 4*6" on the box!
  2. Get some while you can - it's really good!
  3. One of my all time heroes. I definitely won't be opening that second bottle of Motörhead Shiraz now.
  4. Pulled out a pair of Addzest 80W tweeters from the back of my Z and they look beyond saving. Standard size 10*15cm (4*6inch). What else is out there for a direct fit? Preferably cheapish, don't need a great sound system really.
  5. Well TIL. Looks fairly quick to remove the cover so I don't see why they would do that.
  6. The cover comes butchered up like that?
  7. Went digging in the back... I now have sound to one rear speaker but I must be missing an amp or something as they can't manage much volume. To be continued. Nice job with the ABS pump insulation, asshole :\
  8. Would have to disagree there, I would much prefer the extra rigidity and reduced risk of rust and leaks!
  9. Beautiful car. When I come to power I'll be building a 2+0 S30 with a VG30! That would be cool.
  10. I've seen a few dark (mostly LP2) ones with the strip in white. Not sure how I feel about it, or if it's original.
  11. I mean they left the striping off where the OEM side skirts join
  12. Looks odd having the black stripe over the side skirts... I see why Nissan didn't do that
  13. Happy Christmas to all! Just back from a deserted shopping centre car park where I gave the missus a supervised spin in the Z... I think we might be getting another one in the future :D
  14. Sounds like some silly engine swaps  I might try this place first as it's only a small job. May spray more of the car in the future
  15. Found it http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?181572-Z32s-at-auction&p=1879473&viewfull=1#post1879473 Looks a nice car but there's got to be a big markup in that price... Could get a S6 for that
  16. Seems like that took a while to get over. I think I posted an auction sheet for it a few months back if you check my thread.
  17. 24/12/2015 - 1994 GCZ32 Rare optional lightning conductor
  18. Where is this? I was thinking of trying Carcraft to do my spoiler.
  19. Anyone have a part number for the gaskets/seals?
  20. Only about three hours to Z32 Zone from there ;)
  21. Yes, although sometimes an agent can get more.
  22. It's possible - I'm just still not entirely convinced. It's had basically the whole front end replaced and it's unclear whether the VIN is 1992 or 2000 as I mentioned above.
  23. 24/12/2015 - 2001 (?) GCZ32 Can't say if that's an error or very late registration, but interesting nonetheless. I haven't seen a tan interior on a S6 model before. If that chassis number is 570358 then it was the fourth GCZ32 produced in the final month of production (August 2000), but the second digit isn't completely clear. Then again it has the wrong nose badge, so maybe it's 540358 which would be September 1992.
  24. We only have E95 anyway...
  25. Must get back into it in 2016. Hopefully Sky F1 stays as a standard channel...
