  1. It'll be a reliable car once it's been cared for and you service it regularly and keep everything up-to-date. As an NA (like my own) I wouldn't bother modifying it much if you want to keep it that way.
  2. Welcome to the club. Starlet fan? Spoiler may have been fitted as an option. The car looks clean. What are your plans for it?
  3. I think those statements were copied from the "Honest John" review, which is fairly poor and inaccurate.
  4. Very nice car. It is worth pointing out though that you'd get a late JDM model in perfect condition and with
  5. VeilSide clocks. Haven't seen these before. http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p525992799
  6. Stock is best if you can stomach the expense. I don't think LEDs would look good.
  7. Would MAF cleaner be a good idea for the insides or is that overkill?
  8. The stock turbos aren't particularly expensive for what they are and they're still available new, so I don't see why you would replace them with anything else unless you want a major power boost. $1,800 from CZP right now.
  9. 08/09/2016 - 1990 GZ32 Rare to see a JDM model in this colour.
  10. 09/09/2016 - 1997 GZ32 version R Excellent condition.
  11. Abflug wheels. Strongly considering these! Must be very rare as I can't find another set at the moment. http://page21.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/j404862497
  12. The problem with them is they only look good with the roof off. In fairness the standard model looks better with the tops off too.
  13. Everything? Will we be seeing you blackening some back roads soon? :o
  14. 08/09/2016 - 1999 GCZ32 version S This one's a TT and has some version R parts.
  15. You'll definitely be the last of his customers in that case. In the long term, it would probably make more financial sense for him to refund you and sell the car on for a slight loss, but that's just what I would think about doing.
  16. It's not a TT. May be cheap enough as it isn't graded too well.
  17. 08/09/2016 - 1999 GZ32 version R
  18. There should be a slight drop in power from '96 on as they dropped VVT, but the officially stated figure remained the same.
  19. The auction sheet did not show a normal VIN. The export certificate (a legal document) does, but it doesn't appear to be in the normal place.
  20. Yes a GCZ32 code which matches the description of the car.
  21. The original VIN is recorded in the export certificate. It's a question of whether they'll accept that.
  22. No lighting could change the colour like that! Also, all of the pinstripe is missing.
  23. The stereo surround is quite brittle so with this I wouldn't expect it to last very long.
