  3. I drove to work this morning and it seems fine. Radiator hoses were pretty hot, no overheating. Maybe the fan is enough to keep it cool at idle - ambient temperature was a bit low the other day too.
  4. Did you know it's still visible at your house on Google Maps? I spotted that when I was giving my da directions down to you that time.
  5. Perhaps a badly-scrawled swastika for very offensive.
  6. 11/10/2016 - 1997 GZ32 Grade 4. USS Yokohama may not be a great place to buy a car...
  7. Warmed up in a reasonable amount of time, but it took that long to feel any heat in the radiator hoses.
  8. That's another thing - took 20-30 minutes for the thermostat to open
  9. That's the page I referenced. Couldn't find the plugs, and even if I did I doubt access would be possible. The "garden hose" method might be a better idea. Then again, this might do for a few months as the 200,000KM service would make it easier.
  10. There are drain plugs on the block, next to the engine mount on each side. Problem is, I can't find them. The FSM makes it look easy!
  11. Attempted a coolant flush...where are the engine drain plugs? FSM isn't helpful. Roughly half new coolant now anyway.
  12. If you need a hand I can drop over some weekend, can't promise I'll be much use though!
  13. Nice work there! Change your mind about getting it sorted over here? :whistling:
  14. Could put some padding over the backboxes to be safe.
  15. I've stared at this for a while and still can't figure out if it's an optical illusion. Is there a stack of tyres behind your car or are the tail pipes really that massive?
  16. Looks great. I think you might get away with it as they are, or do they rub inside?

  18. Surprisingly there's another Z here with a very similar paint job!
