  1. It's a 1991 long wheel base on an h plate i believe? EDIT: Rats, just read you're looking for a shortwheel base :( Sorry buddy
  2. I've got a rolling shell that had a front end impact on the passenger frame sitting out the back of the house that i was just about to scrap next week while i was off but the shell itself doesn't seem to have any rot. The only thing is the sill near the rear wheel on the passenger side has been dented but it's not rotten so could be easily flattened out again before welding back on. I don't know if it's any help if you can cut out the floor/sill rather than fabricate it but it certainly sounds a heck of a lot cheaper than £1500 to try and make it from scratch? It's on 4 wheels minus the brakes/doors/targas/interior but it's down to the bare shell so easy to cut out the bits you need quickly. I'd only want £150 for it if you can take it away then you can weigh the rest in and get the money back. My email is nick@delazo.com or drop me a line on 07791 210051 Cheers, Nick
  3. Yes it bloody hurts when the bootlid drops on your so be very careful as it's VERY heavy!
  4. Happy birthday fella! :)
  5. Yep it was burnt out and long gone
  6. As much as you hate them i'm another mondeo lover, i've had mine since feb, put nearly 40k on the clock since then and apart from the injectors failing it's been a strong tow car, good on diesel and easy to fix. I got the 130bhp version and it flies for a diesel, even with a zed on the trailer behind it. Slick pete had one so that has to be a recommendation! Given the money though i'd buy an 08 plate Skoda Superb estate - vast boots and amazing quality!
  7. Take up Yoga fella, i've been doing it a couple of months now and the difference it's made to my aches and pains is massive - i haven't been for 2 weeks now (flu one week and the instructor off last week ill) and i've noticed i've started aching and crunching again. Back on it again this Thursday and I can't wait to loosen myself up again i feel like an old man at the mo!
  8. Just bought this one and was really happy with it - on sale for £129.99 at the mo too! http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/samsung-bd-d5500-3d-blu-ray-player-10096485-pdt.html
  9. I don't think you can beat the first post personally!
  10. That's great news buddy :) Congrats to you both! :hyper:
  11. Happy birthday fella! :)
  12. Cut out any stimulants past 3-4pm, cut out your caffeine and switch to herbal tea or even water and try some relaxation exercises like yoga. I sleep much better now! :)
  13. That is nice, not a porsche fan myself but that is something special :)
  14. Really sorry to hear that mate, two sad threads to read this morning :(
  15. That's terrible news, my thoughts go with you and your family buddy RIP
  16. I looked at that, i must admit it's a nice phone but from what i've read the screen's a bit green on the whites and i wanted a good screen this time but it was close between the two - it's a lovely bit of kit :)
  17. You'd be suprised - it fits in my jeans and trousers and no issue at all in my suit jack pocket. Top pocket of a shirt you'll find the top pokes out but it's not that huge although it's massive compared to the iphone 3gs i had before! :)
  18. Still waiting for the number to port over so i can use it as a phone but overall pretty impressed - the display is stunning, battery life is good for the size of the phone. I'll see how it does over the next few weeks. The app store is better than apple in some ways, lots more free apps and alot more interesting utilities for people in the it industry. Dev software is free to develop with from android. As a music player the sound is crisp and clear and there's loads of eq settings and staging setting you can fiddle with. The size is a funny one, it's not too big but holding it in my hand is still taking some used to and using as a phone took me a little while to realise where my ear should be lol I'd give it a 9/10 :D
  19. Good news buddy, congratulations! :hyper:
  20. This is frikkin huge, but the whole thing is amazing - the quality is spot on and android is a lovely bit of kit. Highly recommended! :D I'll pop some piccies up later
  21. After 2 years on contract my iphone 3Gs is up for renewal. It's taken ages to decide what to get but found: - iPhone 4S was not the iPhone 5 everyone was expecting so i'm out - Galaxy Nexus was perfect until i found out it didn't have expandable memory, the amoled display was an inferior design and the gorilla glass wasn't actually gorilla glass. That said it's a lovely phone if you don't want to chuck a load of music/video on - HTC Rezound, i was really disappointed to find out that this wasn't being released in the uk as it's not quad band :( So that left the Galaxy Note which i was worried would be too large to carry round as a phone but after finally finding somewhere that had one to try i thought it was fantastic. Lovely supersharp 1280 x 800 resolution 5.3" Super Amoled Plus display, 16gb on board and 32gb card and a huge battery. And most importantly for me an 8 megapixel camera and 1080p video recorder! Just awaiting the courier but should be here in the next hour: Finally a proper web browser that does flash! :hyper:
  22. I spent ages chasing around this problem and it turned out to be a faulty thermostat then a small hole in the pipe in the back of the engine. After that touch wood - never had a problem with it doing it again!
  23. +1 on that one, it's fantastic!
