what would cause a standard boost gauge to not work it obviously sits on 0 when the car is off but as soon as i turn the ignition on it goes a quarter way up and stays there even when i start the car and drive it doesn't seem to move one bit !! is an after market boost gauge better i so are these easy to fit ? Thanks Ben :)

yeah their usually quick to repair them after a complaint too so photos there and then was a good idea the wonders of modern tech having a phone/camera in your pocket at all times :) let us know how you got on :)

i have owned a few decent performance cars one of my worst actually being my R33 skyline i felt like it was cheap and rattly feeling nice looking but thats where it ended for my my 2 favs ive owned had to have been my 2 gen 4 2.2 vtec preludes both non 4ws went very well and handled like a dream !! my zed i couldnt comment on yet as ive got a blown shock since i had it another job on the lit of to do's lol

right im back sorry for the absence i have been in very ill health .... seem to be fine now tho... any ways small update more of the dreaded orange plasti dip has been removed now and also that nasty crossmember has been properly repaired this time and new boost pipes fitted as both sides had splits in them omg this car is so quick to drive now (not that it wasnt before) my good brother has been busy doing all this while ive been in and out of hospital so kudos to him !! anyways thats me for now i dont have any exciting photos so will have to use your imaginations . great to be zedding again :)

We'll good news is the water pumps is now ordered was advised by the Nissan parts guy to order a blueprint one as they are just as good as oem part and half the price so will see how it goes then get it down to a friends garage to do welding .. Watch this space :)

if you have sky hd just steal the cable from that to the tv as the xbox360 doesnt come with hdmi in the box only the standard av cable :)

well i have been grinding and wire bushing for a little over 2 hours and it seems my cross member issue is not quite as bad as it seemed at first, most of the old weld and weld paste is now gone showing clean rust free metal which means i can now fix a bodged crossmember properly using 5.5mm steel instead of the pointless 1.2mm steel used buy previous along with some nice seam welds i am now a happy zedder again knowing my car isnt ready for the scrapyard whoop oh excuse the mad scientist self pic i couldnt resist !!
