  4. Yes I agree my first one I didn't look underneath properly and 2nd mot it failed the sills were rotten front to back and on closer inspection most of floor needed replaced too your better waiting a longer time for a good UN or buy-in one with solid chassis that maybe not to you taste looks col whatever this can all be changed fixed as said above.
  5. That grey one that was on eBay was some sort of scam as I had put an offer in for the 4k and never got any correspondence from the seller garage but did pick up a decent one for 3k solid underneath and no rust on body at all, I think you just need to be patient and not rush in to buy-in the first thing you look at as I have seen some really nice ones on here go for very fair prices over the last 8months.

  13. Hi I have just managed to sort my brakes today but after close inspection I have a few dodgy pistons managed to free up working now. OK so not made of money and I am a firm believer that if the stock calipers working properly coupled with good discs pads should stop well going to get rebuild kit for all calipers but stuck on discs and pads Been looking at full set grooved discs with mintex m144 racing pads anyone tried these ? What you all got and how do you find there performance ? And any suggestions ? And don't say big brake kit unless your paying

  18. Spent about 2 hours cleaning my new car pictured above next to toms :cool3::cool3: the inside windows carpets etc Fixed interior light back in to position as it was hanging down I think this must have been tom's enthusiastic driving lol managed to find rattle in front coming from behind air con control panel it don't rattle anymore though suprised could here it with noise of exhaust, stuffed double duvet and pillows in boot for now to help drown out the sound :crying: If its too loud is that just me getting old lol.
  19. Hi Guys I would just like to say a big Thank you to both Mark and Dave at AUTOMODZ in Nottingham For All the helpful and honest advice That I have had regarding my zed and for the Work that they have carried out On The car Which I bought from mark It has all been done to an extremely high standard and At a great price It just go's to show you can get professionals without taking out a mortgage, I would not hesitate in recommending anyone with a zed or any other high performance car for that matter to Go to AUTOMODZ Even just for no nonsense advice I was not steered in the direction of buying anything that i did not need just to turn a profit, I have been to many garages in the past and although AUTOMODZ is a massive 500 miles from my home address if my car ever needs any major work in the future I will Be getting it to Mark as its very difficult to find a multi talented mechanic who is not only very good at what he does but also cares about the cars and won't mess you about dragging his heels and charging you for work that has not been carried out. I drove the car from Nottingham to my home address today with another forum member and what an amazing drive.
