i have a set of uk clocks that has nothing wrong with the electrics but the needles were removed and dont work right anymore. if your dials are ok you could change them over easy enough and see if it helps to get them working again.

have you removed the balance bar and looked in the plenum for oil?. if theres a lot in there, check infront of your throttle bodies. if its clear in front of throttle bodies then could be a sign of dodgy pcv's allowing oil in the the air mixture and burning through the system. hope you get it fixed soon.

have got the timing adjusted today and adjusted the tickover with the iacv(had to screw it all the way in) whixh made no difference to the aivc aav setting of 62%. It then started smoking its nuts off with plumes of burnt oil, took it for a drive and it all cleared up and stopped. it does now run and boost really well, but still there is issues with the o2sensor as on consult its hardly moving from 1.2-2.6. I have auto gauge o2 dials fitted and there are both reading in the optimal range when driving but go into the red(lean) when not on throttle.

Seeing as there are a few computer tech people on here i was wondering which free to download dvd burners you would recommended. the currently used one is nero, but it seems to have a momentary pause on every disk every 3-4seconds. its not a complete stop, but more of a very fast glitch. If burned as a data cd they play on the pc perfect, but then wont play in a dvd player.

Who on here is running a apexi avcr on the zed? if you are what settings are you using on them to get the best response?. i have got mine at .9bar and at 75% duty. im sure this isnt correct tho so would like to see how others are and try them settings. I know it has a self learn on it but that has its problems as it requires full throttle runs in 3rd and 4gears which both are way past the ban limit for any roads. so if anyone could put all there settings down it would be good to compare them with. one last thing too, does your revs match the cluster rev gauge as mine is way off( at tickover 950rpm it reads on screen as around 170rpm for somd reason.

i had a look on that sellers other items and it says no more items found, you must of got the last set of coilpack connectors. i can drop the cylinder by moving the wire and can see the plug moving. hoping its just that one thats causing the current problem. But with 23yr old looms its a crack shoot as to if everything is gonna hold. Am definitely going to be getting them injector plugs tho.

its running , but with the intermittent cylinder when turning left. im gonna order some new injector connectors and hopefully dependent on how much noz charges take it to be mapped properly

it will be a while before it can do owt like that,lol. however i am hoping that once the electrics are sorted i can get it to yourself to tune it and hopefully then it wont have any issues..

i think this car will make the death of me one day, turn left and pop a cylinder is down, turn back straight and its on all 6 again. have changed one plug for some spade connectors already as a temporary solution but its not made it any better.

thats looking good. A pergola and some type of canvas roof on it and it will be ready for those cooler bbq party evenings.
