  1. it flahes the 0-60 first then flashes to the 1/4mile time its a bit of a pain, but read through the instructions and it should give you more details
  2. my main problem with firefox at the moment - how do you guys know if you need a security update? wait for me to post? :D IE at the very least updates automatically when a patch is released.
  3. Blackthorn usually, occasionally I drink Stella but I often wake up feeling like I've drilled for my head, and very very occasionally I wake up and I have actually drilled through my head!!
  4. http://www.top-gear.net/product.asp?u=28540N44281.7253282666&pnid=225&deptid=120 pppaaarp 139db thankyou very much, its loud, I put it just behind my bumper so its not muffled out and you get the full effect, usually if I sound it off people think its a lorry or bus next to me beeping them lol
  5. http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ you need to update to 1.0.4

  8. lol dont talk to me about horns, when fitting my new airhorn i found no less than 4 other horns and a multitude of wiring none of which was wired up correctly, total PITA but got it sorted eventually, and its LOUD :D:D
  9. dunno where mat is, but i belive his leaks were due to leaky injectors
  10. nice one mat lol :D bit of a slog
  11. what about amarillo tenerife? thats quicker surely
  12. everyone i know who signed up for 3 has regretted it, my girlfriend had them for 6 months, sure she had 500 minutes a month free but it was impossible for her to use them because of poor coverage, I'd get calls at 4am saying it was from her phone and it would be some random little old lady with a cross line (how on earth do you get a cross line in this day and age), halfway through calls it would cut out, and then she wouldnt be able to use her phone for 5 minutes, my dad had similar problems, he ended up cancelling aftre 3 months, plus i know of half a dozen other people on three who have serious problems with 3. cancelling was worse, they ignore you if you want to cancel, and once you have cancelled they still try and take money, absolute nightmare, I'm on orange, I've been a customer for over 3 years now and I cannot fault them, cheaper than vodaphone, better service than all others,
  13. try http://www.mr2oc.com/ and http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/ :)
  14. you really shouldn't leave your homework until the last minute ;)
  15. check coolant and rad cap, unlikely but its a possibility
  16. is it auto? if so then probably going to need a new box, you can try resetting the auto ECU http://www.300zx.org.uk probably has instructions on how to do that, but ultimately you are looking at a new box :(
  17. I think its strange how everyone you ask seems to be in favour of testing old people after a certain age, even the majority of older drivers seem to think its a good idea, so why doesn't the government just go ahead and do it? only problem that I can see is that health can deteriorate quickly, so 6 months down the line after passing their OAP license they could be senile and incompetent, personally I think along with testing the police should be able to pull over drivers who they think are not fit to drive ie - little old people travelling at 15mph down the road and force them to retest. my sister was hit by car pulling out of a road, I went down to the scene as it was just down the road, she claimed my sister was speeding and called the police - result - old lady ended up in court, fined £300 and had to do a catch up driving assessment. its not only older people who get away with lighter sentences though, my dad was nearly killed when he was run over by a driver who was racing along a street through a red light, he ended up with 3 points, and my dad ended up with life altering injuries and a prescription that runs to nearly 2 pages. its good to see you out and about in the zed though Marcus, there are a few other wheelchair bound 300zx owners on here who use hand controls. The only thing putting me off of buying a bike is other road users :(. would have been good to have trevor come and interview you, then you could have made his hair turn grey in the zed lol :D.
  18. remove the spoiler and paint it a different colour, a nice leather interior and i'd drive it :)
  19. happy birthday russ! did Lisa buy you another car? :D
  20. its the AIVs, :) fix is free: http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnettech/aiv/aiv.html you dont really need to strip them all the way out, just pull off the rubber tube and dump out the moisture buildup
  21. I don't have kids so I have to buy this stuff for myself this thing rocks :D
  22. Us fuel prices are also increasing at the moment due to the war, our taxes are however the main reason why our fuel is priced so high, I would like to sit down one day and see how much tax I pay in a month (inc vat, fuel tax ect) but i think I would weep
  23. No it wasn't, it was about standing up to a hostile land takeover, the location was irrelevant it was about standing up and saying that you can't **** with Britain. If we had let the Falklands slip away then it would have shown weakness, its a totally different scenario to Iraq and the lies surrounding Iraq
