  1. finally worked out what ultra portable laptop i wanted, its no the most powerful in the world but its small, has excellent connectivity (3g, gprs, wifi bluetooth) and i will only really be taking notes, collecting e-mail and using ssh http://www.cyberface.net/Flybook/Flybook_Pics.html and it will make a nice toy for the car if i get GPS receiver and conzult setup ;)
  2. lol it certainly is a sport where going solo for the first time sets the men apart from the boys, sounds like an excellent present, I would really like to do somehting like that, i still have a driving course to use up and the raffle prize jock supplied though, just pita finding time to do then :(
  3. Bashir's documentrary is still legit, he didn't accuse him of molesting a child, and gavin was there saying michael was a good man, I said i would live with whatever verdict the jury came back with, however I still think its wrong for a grown man to sleep in a bed with kids
  4. My thoughts are with you and your kids
  5. mate i have been thinking this was July the 11th, i totally forgot, its my mates birthday tonight so i'm going to be in the post, sorry bud, have fun
  6. lol, you can't put on weight eating curry :D
  7. what sort of problems are there fitting the v8 you have? different mounts? I take it the gearbox fits ok, I guess thats the easy bit and then you need to get the electrical stuff wired up>
  8. I only have one problem with curry's (apart from not getting enough of them) every time I get a bad stomach I get a craving for a curry, last time I went for a madras and my sore stomach turned into a 2 day diarrhea stint, it got to the point i was scared of going to the toilet, it brought a hole (pun) new meaning to the term ring of fire. i think i am actually going to go for a phal again very soon, its been 6 years lol, it wasn't pleasant for people sitting around me the next day, I think it was my favorite fart, smelt like a dog had crept in, let go of one, then lain down in the corner and quietly died.
  9. looks good, what are you unhappy with? did you spray it all in one go? doesnt that cause imperfections around handles and fuel cap? you appear to have put on weight srrae ;)
  10. lol nothing personal ;) good to see you alive though matey, i hope its all going well
  11. I dont like vindaloo, its too watery, I like a dice dansak with a bit of extra kick put in it, I've been going to the same indian for 18 years (and im only 23) i do remember being 8 and drinking chilli sauce, i'm not a great fan of hot currys though, i just love a bit of kick and spicy flavor, phal is my favorite to taste but i've only managed one one my 18th lol
  12. cor don't see you for ages, then a dose of herpes appears and you are right back ;)
  13. I just don't see the point at all? :D:D
  14. Chicken ceylon :) lovely jubbly
  15. never said we did, but its all a bit offtopic, the fact of the matter is, you can probably raise the original matter in the EU as a matter of human rights, :) i don't think china will have much influence on the decision, china has a lot of problems, not are all the fault of the goverment, the people out there have little respect for animals or people, i was told a story of a professor killing himself and people poking his dead body and laughing, i also saw a cage not big enough for a rabbit in the UK housing 10 puppies, 9 of which were alove, one was dead, they push for seats and spit everywhere. The problem is there are to many people out there to keep track of and if you lose your job there are 2000 more people to replace you. But the construction work out there is very impressive, and the new developments are actually very well built. Oh, chinese people generally hate westerners, love our money though,
  16. actually £5 a day is a good wage in china, I was recently in nanjing and i couldnt spend £30 in a week, a good wage is about £65 a month, but the cost of living is very low. ignoring china is not an option, it is developing too quickly and the goverments have to act fast to safegaurd our conutries future, sometimes the rights of the people are left until a later date when money is involved. if you paid someone in china the average wage in the UK they would work for you for a few months then leave to live off the procedes, it would be like paying a call centre worker £250,000 a year
  17. china isn't part of the EU, human rights is something always worth putting to the EU, it usually causes enough of a fuss for things to change. Personally I agree with the civil contingencies bill, sometimes you know someone is up to something even if you can't prove it lol
  18. they have said they would need to win the public over, however I don't think this will happen, its just a scare tactic being used in order to implement more toll roads.
  19. no it doesnt bother our goverment, however it does bother the EU quite a bit,
  20. How are your projects coming on? any problems? what is the potential upper rev limit for the v8 engines you are using?
  21. yes and it will also be able to judge your speed, I can't see it happening, I won't fit one for one thing, its probably against human rights to be tracked like an animal
  22. Happy birthday blinz, nearly time to change the batteries
  23. do you have a 99spec front bumper and who fitted it? I believe thats where the front slam bar connects,
