session errors server side occur when server cocks up, it can be due to permissions in /tmp being incorrect or /tmp having no space of course it depends where you've told php where to write sessions to. might be advisable to hae you host take a look if the error keeps occuring.

ive always found the lights to be fine at speeds in excess of 100mph on mortorways at night, maybe its your eyes? I can generally see quite well even if the lights were off unless its an A road with no lights.

if the modem is internal make sure it isn't in the 3rd PCI slot, the 3rd PCI slot always has problems with network and sound devices.
