don't rush into things m8, you've put a lot of effort into that motor, would you not like it as a project car? Stus engine shows how strong a good rebuild can be.

The problem is generally with the immobiliser "Make sure that the immobiliser uses the +15 signal (ignition live) and not the accessory or key-in signal. The immobiliser will not cut in until the turbo timer has stopped the engine" you will need to set your alarm manually afterwoods though as if you do it usually automatically whacks the immobilser on, "Ignition live on a 300ZX is the black/red wire at ignition switch "
