  1. Ok so jeff i used the noid light 101 and 109, and the noid light stayed on constent,when i pluged it in then i turned over the car and the noid light didnt blink,i also tryed 110 and 109 and i got the same result as on cylinder 1

Thanks guys for the info,so i checked the noid light on cylinder 3 and it is getting a light pulse,also the offending cylinder id gettng 12v but no pulse.Jeff can you tell me how do i check injector 1 with the noid light at the ECU,as there is only 1 connection(isnt there).And would i be right in saying that 101 on this diagram is the one to test.Thanks http://forums.nicoclub.com/color-coded-ecu-pinout-guide-t480033.html

Hi mate yea i should have kept everything in one thread,yes i had code 21 last night,cleared the ecu and now im not getting 21.No i havent got another PTU.The one that is in my car is the series 1 should.Yea i mentioned turning the CAS and each injector clicked,But to be honest it is very hard to know as they can allude u.

Hi guys,i have just tested cylinder 1 injector connector several times with noid light and no power is goin to noid light.What do you guys recon is wrong.I was getting a error code 11(CAS).Is it possible that the CAS sends a siginal to 2 to 6 injector connectors and not 1?As cylinders 2 to 6 are working perfectly.Any help would be great.Thanks guys
  6. Hi guys i just reinstalled my ptu after cleaning the connections now i am getting error code 21(ignition signal circuit),and the car is running rough as hell,still no joy with cylinder 1,but the car is running even worse now.Anyone else have this problem

  9. Yea mate i have a spark from the coilpak,i did the same this the other day as you said.

Oh i will have to change my injector/coil pack plugs also.But i am still not certain i am getting power to cylinder 1 injector(pulse).Could i rig up a light bulb(noid make shift) and connect the two wires into the injector power connector and see if it flashes while the engine is goin?Thanks guys
  11. Yes i did that mate and i got 1.4 ohms and none by swaping the leds over

Hi guys i have a question about the PTU,so i tested the connector which goes into the PTU(seven pin connector)and i got 11.8 volts on six of them but on one end one i get nothing?I am guessing it should be 11.8 volts also.Should it?Also guys what voltage should i be getting out of the PTU,and how can i test it.Cheers guys

  14. Mate i just did a ecu check by using this method I got error codes 11=Crank angle sensor circuit,and 13 engine coolant temp,sensor circuit,13 i think is the temp sensor connector on the hard pipes is broken it pops up and the electric fan starts
  15. Ok so i took of the CAS and spun it by hand,the injector seems to be working fine and i checked the voltage again i am getting nearly 11 volts
  16. Guys could i run two wires from from the battery to the injector to see if it is ticking properly?

  18. Exactly mate it makes no sence at all to me,Just to make sure i even put small holes in the 2 wires goin into the connector which connects onto the injector and i am getting the same voltage output as cylinder 3.Though it maybe the connector
  19. I have had the injector out and have only the 2 seals on it as the other 2 seals are in the garage.Today the injector flooded cylinder 1 and now it doesnt seem to be working at all.

  21. Mine is a 1990 Z32 TT,i am at a total loss on what it might be
  22. So i checked the voltage on cylinder 3 and i am getting the same voltage on cylinder 1 injector connector,so i am getting power to the injector but still cylinder 1 isnt firing.Any other suggestions what it might be guys i am totally lost at this stage:no:
