  2. I had it running idle for around 10 minutes.I just refilled the rad then topped it up every so ofter.Mate id there another way to bleed it so i dont get a airlock.Also there is no air bleeder on the left soie of the rad.Thanks
  3. Hi guys so i just installed a new thermostat and i let the car reach 82 desrees C,and still the water in the rad is cold,What safe temp can i go to until i shut the car down.Thanks
  4. Hi guys i seem to have a problem with the hicas,when i turn on the engine after a few seconds i hear like a rush of fluid and air from under the car.Would there be air in the system,and how can i bleed it.Also the hicas light is on on the dash.Thanks all
  5. Have you a multimeter,if so set your multimeter to ohms(looks like a horse shoe),take of the injector plug of the injector,use the two probes on each of the injector pins you should have i think between 12 and 14 omhs for the injector to be good.
  6. Might sound like it is ticking but it is hard to make sure as the rest of the injectors are ticking and sending the tick through the rail.

Hi guys,i have a question about the timing,so i got a consult cable and free software along with it.On the software it shows IGN TIMING and in a box across from it 0 BTDC,My question is,can i set the timing going buy the software so it shows 15 degrees BTDC on the software,as i dont have a timing light.Thanks guys:pint:

  11. Hey guys,so finally i got cylinder 1 working,So after all it was the ECU,Car is running sweet as a nut now.Thanks paul for the ECU.And a big thanks to everyone here on helping me sort it out.You guys rock:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

  13. Also mate i forgot to mention the rad water drops slightly no even a cup full
  14. So i ran the car up to temp,then i checked the bottom hose it doesnt comresss on it self,but then i squeezz the bottom hose it seems like i can hear the thermostat spring move
  15. Mate how do i do a block test?No the lower rad hose isnt compressing on it self. Oh so the water pump must be ok if i am getting hot air at the vents
  16. I tested the thermostat,when i replaced the timing belt and it was opening prefectly

Hi guys,so it seems like i got all the air out of the system but,from the hard pipes to the inlet of the rad the water is mad hot,but the water in the rad is stone cold,do you guys think it might be the water pump,Also when i have the car running i get warm air in the cab but when i turn off the car and just have the ignition on it goes cold again after 5 seconds.And help or advise would be fantastic guys.And thanks:helpsmilie:

  20. Hi guys i have a quick question about buying a used ECU,Does the ECU have to be programmed at all seeing it is from another car?Anyone have a spare one for sale or where is the best place to buy one.Thanks all
  21. So finally think it must be the ECU,so i made a little hole in the wires 101 and 109 and tested it with a noid light,no pulse. then to make sure i made a small hole in 103(injector 3) and used 109 as power and i got a pulse.Must be the circuit is broken for the injector 1 pulse.
