What front bumper is this please?
Standard rear bumper with the stone chip moulding taken off...like mine. :)

Which colour?
I like Alfa Romeo's Nuvola Blue. It's got a subtle goldy yellow flip in it. There's an R33 Skyline that I see sometimes that's painted this colour and it looks fantastic. Photochop'd onto Mick1

Aftermarket steering wheels
Momo Race are the nicest looking IMHO, the subtle brushed alloy and the tidy looking centre make it the neatest. Those that have sat in my car often comment about how nice the steering wheel is. It's much nicer than the bus sized standard wheel. But if I didn't have mine, then, I'd go for a Nardi TRD. I love Nardi wheels.

stopping in tonite
I've been off sick for 2 weeks with flu, food poisoning, sinus infection AND respiratory infection. I couldn't even get out on NYE!!!!

Can you get these brand new?
Why not just call MJP. If anyone can get them, he can. As scrawni has said, you can get the plastic re-polished. The auto-detailer I know has a range of plastic polishes and buffers and can totally renew the look of plastics.

Photos of rear spoilers available for the 300.
Too late now! LOL. I like the 99-spec as much as the M30Z anyway.

Drove the Z today
I guess....maybe that's why everyone's smashing theirs up at the moment... ;)
-
would you...
YUK! That gold thing is vile. I've seen some nice MK4 Supras about....but that's not one of them. But no, I'd not swap my Z for one. It doesn't have T-tops and it's nowhere near as sleek and they have horrid dashboards. The Supra gets different attention than the Z. I have been out in a friend's Supra and it didn't get as much attention as my Z does.

Picked up my Z yesterday
Nice car and nice plans for it. :duffer:

Drove the Z today
Usually, it's the other way round. People drive theirs in the summer months and take it off the road during the winter. lol

Anyone got a bit of a soft spot for the old 5th Gen Corolla GTs?
Was having a yap about the Toyota Levin with a chap on another forum I used and we started discussing the mid-80s Corolla Hatch. Especially the GTs. Got quite a soft spot for these. As far as old-skool Jap hatch backs go, I think they are the finest to come from the land of the rising sun. I absolutely love these and this example in particular.

Bedridden....almost. First time I've ever had the flu....
Feeling better, but not after going through a sinus infection AND a respiratory infection as well as the above. On some quite hard-core anti-biotics not which seem to be doing the trick. Quacks have signed me off until Monday. Hope I'm better by then.

Anyone help me import a car from Japan
Have you thought about getting the block rebored/sleaved and fitted with better omega pistons and rods and a race spec crank? You could make quite a nice bit of kit out of it if you buy the car back?

Anyone help me import a car from Japan
You could import a TRD unit. There used to be a company that did it....there's also a company that'll do a rebuild on any Jap engine on an exchange basis regardless of current engine condition. Will see if I can find it...

Crank! (The film)
Personally thought that film was pretty shitty. Just way OTT, but I guess if you like that sort of thing, then it's ok. Bits of it were amusing, but just not my type of film, although I like action films, this just seemed a bit drivel-ish. As much as, at the time, I kinda thought it was good, I've had a real think about it and it's actually pretty shite. It's worth a watch I guess, but find his acting low key and a bit 'forced' if you get the meaning. Plot is good, script is very poor. Least you see some tits and ass in it, though I guess. Has the most bizarre sex scene....if you can call it that, of any film I've ever seen. There is humour in it and I guess that's what keeps the film from falling totally on its arse. I've never thought much of Jason Statham as an actor. First film I saw him in was something called 'Ghosts from Mars'. Possibly the worst film I've ever seen. As a lead actor, I find him a bit brainless. But supporting roles he's a little better. Was good in Snatch.

Surprised by the Holland Law
Something does need to be done about firework purchase and usage though. I know there's an age limit in purchase, but the sale and usage of explosives is pretty much slap dash. Like the Dutch idea. Juveniles can get away with almost anything other than murder it would appear. Even then, they get a little more than a few years holiday in a detention centre.
