The Brilliant polish is for bare metal finishes. Not sure you'll benefit from it on your rims which have probably got a coating on them.

I like the 406 and Xantias. Everyone seems to dislike French cars, but IMHO, these two were as good as, if not better than the Mondeos of the time. The 406 turbo was quite short lived I think. The V6 had more power and sold in greater numbers. I'd have a 406/Xantia as daily driver for sure.

You're about 10 years older than Nick though! LOL I'm almost the same age as Nick and I pay £450 fully comp...although only got my rims declared and the car to a value of £6k. :)

2.0 8v I think. Same engine as the Citroen Xantia Activa Turbo. I've driven one. They are reasonably nippy although nothing amazing. A nice ride though. Speak to Captain Slow. He used to have a Xantia Activa turbo. Think his was running higher boost. 200bhp springs to mind.
