  1. Interesting you should say that. That style of bumper is the most generic of them all! LOL
  2. I don't think it's aggressive at all. Just ugly.
  3. Best thing you did was hit a curb with that thing. lol
  4. In that case Sarah, why did you fit this monstrosity to the front of yours? ;)
  5. Unfortunately not. The rides button is still missing from our profile panels. Thought this was going to be fixed, but I guess it hasn't been. It would be nice to have the rides section search-able. A lot of people I've noticed going to their rides and just re-save their ride. Don't change their ride, but it means it sits at the top of the page.
  6. I am a mix of pure form, styling update and performance mods. But I've selected 'styling update' for my particular car. I love a totally standard immaculate Z32, but I also like ones with light body tweaks. The car is such a stunning design, that there is very little in the way of improvement/updates you can do to it. Go past that threshold and you're left with a pretty miserable looking car. I'd sooner then plough money into upgrading its performance rather than trying to graft half a boat onto it. Big power subtle looking Z32s are a nice thing.
  7. Tea with milk only...BUT, have to have a bar of chocolate with mine. Not fussed about tea on its own, certainly can't have it before food first thing in the morning. Makes me feel crap.
  8. I can't stand coffee! :hurl:
  9. LOL @ You thinking it's 'just' cleaning a car. Infact it isn't, it's conditioning the paintwork, removing imperfections in paint, polishing, waxing, adding layers of sealent for protection. I have seen cars that have had this type of work done to them and in the flesh, they just appear on a different level. It is fantastic work, the products they are using to strip back to quality glass-like paint are seriously expensive. It's why it's called 'Detailing' not car cleaning.
  10. I've jad 2 Carltons and a Senator. Senator was great, Carltons were ok, but not as smooth. Never ever had a problem with the wheels uncontrollably lighting up on the Mondeo. Find the traction pretty good really for a FWD.
  11. It is a repost! LOL A good few members on here are members on there. Good forum it is though.
  12. That's my friend Arnel's car. He has clear rear side markers too...different rims now though...
  13. From the rear, it has the biggest ugliest flabbiest arse I've ever seen. There was one sat in Clevedon motors and it nearly made me vomit. Hateful from the rear 3/4 view, really is an ugly car. Astra CC is 10 times better looking. Wouldn't buy either though. Shame the back end is so ugly, as the rest is quite a nice car.
  14. Oh yeah of course, but unfortunately, those are the models that tend to flood the market.
  15. PS, the Focus cabriolet is one of their ugliest ever cars, allbeit from the Fusion! lol
  16. Looks very nice. I expect it'll look slightly different in production format and I expect the bottom of the range will look terrible like the bottom of the range Mondeos with their castor wheels...lol
  17. 'Backstreet boys' and Millenium was the best selling album of 1999, doesn't mean it was 'good music'. lol
  18. Fiesta is very long in the tooth. Needs to be replaced. They get blown around by the slightest breath of wind. I am sure the ST is quite good, but the run of the mill just isn't up to much. I saw the facelift Focus today there and it looks just like the new Mondeo from the front. Really like the new Mondeo. Fantastic cruiser. Currently have a 55-plate Zetec TDCi saloon.
  19. I like the Mondeo I have. :)
  20. LOL @ the white mats! Chocolate Tea pot designer I bet he is!! I'd rather smooth in my jap eye!
  21. Do you work for Ford by any chance? I wouldn't care if it came with gold plated hubcaps, it's still awful!
  22. Got my Mondeo in having some work at the local Ford Garage. On offer as courtesy cars were 'Ka' and 'Fiesta', Ka being totally impractical, I opted for the Fiesta. Now I've driven these before when they were launched and thought they were ok. I only drove the odd one or two locally, but had to drive to Coventry and back in a 1.25 version today. Ok, so it was never going to be an exciting ride, but what a truly miserable and uncomfortable car the Fiesta really is. I can quite happily do a 4hr+ drive non-stop in the Mondeo, but a few hours in the Fiesta had my back and legs aching. The road noise is terrible, as is the performance and droan the engine made at 70! Horrid horrid little car. Sure is ideal for old ladies pottering around town, but little else. I went from thinking the Fiesta was an ok little car to hating it. It's times like this you realise how much you miss cruise control!!!
  23. Thanks Dave, would it be just a case of running two spurs from the existing supply to the drivers side and run them underneath the the centre console under the carpet?
