My New Toy
Narrr, it's about £600, but by the time it's shipped, (another £150), then tax and duty (another £150), it'll be close to £1000. I am sure though, that a skilled exhaust maker could make up a replica. But a good expensive exhaust make would charge quite a bit anyway.

Thanks
 Wouldn't trust anyone else with my Z. I saw the engine as he rebuilt it and it was done with great attention to detail. Looked lovely sat there on the engine stand all built up.

Looks good that! Nice to see an N-plate. You're going to take the italic lettering off the back I hope. :)

Law on xenons for the Z?
I'll have to have a look, maybe it is...can't remember. I'd choose 6k if I were to go again anyway.

Law on xenons for the Z?
They look terrible IMHO and are actually poorer clarity/light than lower temp lights. I have 6,000k in mine. Even they are slightly too blue for me, but look a lot more like the Merc/BMW HIDs. Mine's been through an MOT with them and no problems.

Miss Z 2006 Pictures
Trying to get Maddie to have photos taken of her is like trying to sell sand to the Arabs! There are a few photos of her on my facebook. If there is a contest, I'll try and get her to let me take some!

Rust :(
Put some photos up. If it's worked its way through from the inside, then no amount of rust killers will remove it and it'll have to be cut out.

Oh yeah, forgot, it's pretty humid up round there. I know what you mean. When I was in South Carolina last year, it was about 32 degrees, which would normally be acceptable, but the humidity was 80% and you sat outside for 5 mins and you'd have sweat pouring from you! Then I flew over to California and drove through the desert. ended up in Arizona where it was 52 and although that was insane heat, I actually found it more comfortable as the humidity was almost nil.

Melting @ 33 degree? pffffffffft! It's a nice temp, but not 'wilt' temperature. So when are you going to invite me over? lol All your your home possessions are in a container on the MSC Napoli BTW ;)

Detailed Z
Well indefinitely, I had imperfections in the new paint removed. Even new paint from the factory has flaws in it, mild orange peal, buffer trails, light scratching and other things. That was the whole point of me having it done. To take the top coat to the next level by taking a small layer off to polish. It's not as shiney as it was when it was first done, but it needs light work with a Porter cable to bring it back to exactly how I want it.

Re-trim or custom seats?
Here we go....not the colour scheme I would have gone for, but they fit...

Re-trim or custom seats?
Z33 has similar driving position and cabin height dimensions. Least it felt similar when I drove one. Not sure whether they'd bolt in. But not many after market seats bolt straight in anyway. Usually there's some sort of modification that has to be made to the seat frame.

What's everyone up to tonight then?

Narr, they'd never hold my John Thomas in, would flop out all over the place with those. lol

Re-trim or custom seats?
I think the only seats I'd really replace the standard ones with, would be 350Z seats. About the only thing I like about the Z33 are the front seats. They have a defined bolster/centre split like the Z32 seats, but look at bit more modern. If I was having the interior totally professionally re-trimmed, I would have gone for Z33 front seat.
