Falkens do look excellent value. They seem to have a good rating on here, but I've not always heard that about them.

I think £1000 for a set of tyres for a car of my spec, ie stock performance is a little ott.

AC is great for demisting the windows. I certainly would never get rid of mine. Don't want redundant switchgear in the car, nor would I want to de-spec it.

Of course you can. Be worth getting a larger rad if you're deleting the AC.

It certainly won't be neon. Optical lens, or light tube with an LED behind it. Undercar neons make me laugh. They have as much use/value to them as a chocolate t-pot.

Don't throw the Bose speaker boxes away. Whilst you can fit different brackets for other speakers, the original speaker boxes are pretty sturdy. Gut those, soundproof them a bit and fit replacement speakers.

This is STILL going on. I got a letter through this morning saying they've put me on a different tax code....BUT I AM CLAIMING FOR A PREVIOUS YEAR! They have now taken the car off that I have now. I am wanting a rebate for a previous year which is clearly says in my letter and P11D declaration, maybe they can't read!? Unreal that they've had all this time to do something with it and they go and **** it up! Unbelievable. Im totally gobsmacked that this country carries on running with the way some of the services are. Initially, I sent the letter to my previous company's tax office where it took them 6 weeks to open it. Following up on that, I called them to ask what was going on with it and they said they'd forwarded it on to my current company's tax office and they have a 10 week backlog on post!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on?! Not to mention that almost EVERY time I call, I am kept in a queue for at least 10 minutes. 'Tax doesn't have to be taxing' is their motto. Well I say bollocks to that statement. It's a friggen nightmare full of incompetent and under reasourced staff!

I think Audi's LED Christmas-tree-running-lights look really tacky. Give a real cheap feel to a quality car. They just look like they were designed by a failed year 12 GCSE technology student who then went on to get an apprenticeship with Max Power. They are a fad, just like the Lexarse lights and angel eyes were. Tat for the masses. Hopefully they'll come to pass. If they'd gone the route Saab had with their optical illumination strip, it would have looked good. But sorry, Audi seemed to have lost their way a little. The New A4s don't look nice either. Much prefer the one that's just been replaced. Saab kinda got it right.

I think the MK1 MX-5s yes, anything newer, NO. The old ones almost have a retro-esque feel to them, many are stripped out and tracked now. They have always been known as a good driver's car and one of the few convertibles....I prefer the term roadsters, that are actually old and raw enough to be driven by blokes. The MK2s looked a little bit girly and the new ones look like cheap kit cars from the front. Not nice. Nothing wrong with these though.

Don't think it's anyone's on here. Looks clean, but do you really want anything with that kit on it?

Until I wrote it, it didn't even occur to me that that's how many variables we have available to us over here. Quite a number!

Thanks guys. Yes Dave, I did think how much it will raise the profile. I think I'll go for a 275 35. Rears look out of proportion at a 265 35 rather than raise the physical profile. I am going for the following, 245/40/18 which is 25.7" tall and the rears, 275/35/18 which should be 25.6" tall. That's a difference of 0.1" which is nothing.

Very nice and stunning colour. I've always liked the S14a, front aspect especially. Even the S14s still look good. Z32 TT wheels look good on them. :)

Z32 is what everyone on here drives pretty much. Z32 300ZXs ran from '89 to '00. Only a handful of 97+ cars over here. You have the following available.... Well, good going if you can avoid the multi-stud fitment. The webpage on POTN is confusing. It states the following are available. PCD: 4x100/108 Multifit PCD: 4x100/114.3 Multifit PCD: 5x100/108 Multifit PCD: 5x100/114.3 5x100/114.3...the last one are 2 PCD, so they should be multifit too!?

Something I never want, wife or kids, so I don't know how you feel and probably never will. Pretty shattered and weary I'd imagine. Hope things sort themselves out for the best though. :duffer:
