You need to pull the arms up as if you were to change a blade, then push down on the arm toward the shaft and it should 'pop' off the spline.

Explain how else they're supposed to tackle this anti social behaviour? They've tried everything else. Pretty good. Although a number of them thought the Z handled slightly better. I do really like the 928. Here's the Strosek one. Silly vent in the rear of the sill aside, it's a beaut.
