  1. Yeah, most continents, my family and friends are spread far and wide! My sister lives in Munich, check that that's ok.
  2. Imagine yours is pearl yellow. Be careful with pearl colours. Whilst they may appear the same on photo, shades vary DRAMATICALLY.
  3. Welcome! Where in Worcestershire are you? I used to live in Malvern when I worked for the Ministry of Defence.
  4. Happy birthday Mike! Thanks also for your efforts again this year, they're very much appreciated as always!
  5. As reference, everything behind the A pillar is different. So the bonnet will be the same, the boot will not. The likelihood of finding both in yellow, the same as your car is about as likely as winning the National Lottery.
  6. Message sent. It appears the might be (as Andrew suggested) AMS assholes. Their feedback on ebay suggests they might be, they're based in Toronto.
  7. About as proud as when I failed my maritime law module on my degree.
  8. WTF!?!??!??! Ass hats! My spoiler is CF and bought from a guy in San Diego (Ionic Dynamics). Anyone know what my rights are in reporting this to ebay?
  9. ....so, come on England, do well so that I don't have to watch you and can enjoy empty roads! haha
  10. The best thing about the football (for me) is when England get through to the final rounds. Not because I love football (because I don't, it bores me to tears) and can't wait to go down the pub with loads of other sweaty smelly blokes drinking lager....no no, the best bits are when England do get through to the final stages because it is then that I hit the roads in the Z as they become deserted! Last world cup, I enjoyed some great drives with near deserted roads! PERFECT! Far more exciting and thrilling!
  11. I'm off for a nice long relaxing poo.
  12. I was gonna say...has it finished already!? I am not even watching it. I'm waiting for all the crap on TV to finish, NOTHING decent on tonight.....alas, due to the ruddy football!
  13. Nice car! This is how they look their best, with their original beautiful body and lines. Nice to see a visually unmolested one; they're becoming few and far between!
  14. I agree with Anthony. Z32s in France go for anything up to €14k. Their Z32 market has a higher value as there were even less of them over there. Most Z32s in France are in pretty good shape as people looked after them for the cars that they are with almost none of the turds that you typically see over here.
  15. There are MANY MANY chips about for this car. It's likely you'll not be able to tell without taking the chip out and finding out what parameters are on it. But even then, there are so many copies of copies of modifications of copies, that who knows!
  16. Such a shame, especially since it was such a nice one and there aren't too many of those left anymore.
  17. I cover vast swathes of the country, this is NOT confined to the south west. Pretty much the entire road network of the UK is in a poor state.
  18. I remember at my old house, they did the road into the main estate....a road that has really light traffic, a road that hadn't been dug up in years and a road that had a really nice surface.....the to$$ers sprayed the entire road with tar and threw chippings down it. It took weeks and weeks for them to disappear....this was in the summer and my Z stayed firmly in the garage. I phoned and moaned at them, so they sent a road sweeper out to collect the excess chippings, but it only marginally helped. I just don't understand why they do this on such insignificant roads where there's little traffic and the road surface is good. Just defies belief. It's an awful practice anyway as it wrecks cars. Also, the council couldn't even give me a reasonable answer as to why they did it.
  19. I know! They have one turning to drive along and mark them, they stay marked for about 6 months and then another one comes along and dumps a load of tar in it and in another 6 months it's a trench! It's the gravel and tar that really gets on my wick....and they seem to do it to roads that didn't need doing in the first place! Just insanity!
  20. Congrats! Both Dean and Chris are good guys. That car is lovely and I hope you enjoy its ownership!
  21. Absolutely. UK roads are truly dreadful. I curse the roads over here all the time. I have a new car too, not just the Z. It's a well screwed together VW and even that gets bashed by the roads here, let alone a lowered 22 year old sports car. I don't know why they are in such a poor state; actually I do, they're over-used, but the counter argument for underused roads are 'they're not key routes and therefore don't require resurfacing'. All the UK councils seem to be happy in doing is throwing tar and stone chippings down....are we still in the middle ages!?
