  1. If it's a cosher sale, that's good money for a Z with rust on it!
  2. One of my neighbours has just bought an F-Type convertible. The thing sounds stunning!
  3. Every time I think of 3 cylinder engines I think of this.....
  4. Impressive - but I bet it sounds HORRID!
  5. Long gone - he's into the S15 drifter tyte yo crowd now with their miss matched wheels, battered bumpers and nasty exhausts. ;) HB Murt....if you ever return.
  6. The dyno runs are done at Z1. It makes an appearance at the nationals. Amazing power - car looks like complete ass though - all of it.
  7. Yes. I had this the wrong way round. viscosity is a substance's resistance to pour. My excuse was that I was typing it from my phone whilst shopping. Dude, you CAN write good English! It's so much nicer for everyone else to read! :) You're like the combination of two extremes!
  8. This! I like the concept, not the arrows. What happened to the original idea from the first page?
  9. How is it that you know words like temerity, a word that rarely gets used, yet the rest of the content takes time to divulge? :) ;)
  10. WTF!?!?!? Did they even work!!!???? I did some work on my Z.....couldn't remember the speakers that I fitted to the door brackets when I first bought the car....never paid any attention to them since until now. Took them off earlier and they're 13cm Kenwood speakers! Going in the trash! Epic fail!
  11. Everything seems more comprehensible on the forum of old!
  12. Nelson as in Nelson Mainfella? - - - Updated - - - ....I missed the edit!
  13. Dude, don't confuse him anymore. His gauge is doing what it should be doing! :wack:  ;)
  14. My god, are you in for the record for the most threads started!?!?!?!?!!? Oil pressure is high at idle because it's less viscous. Oil is less viscous when cold. Once it's warmed up, it becomes more viscous and therefore pressure is low and you'll see your needle return to a low reading when up to normal operating temperature.
  15. No, at that point, there will be little difference in 235 and 245. 245 will look better. It's what I ran on my old wheels. Nice flat muscular tyre profile.
  16. Front, 245 35 18, rears 285 30 18
  17. They'll rub. Not too far out of max spec. Rear lips will need rolling and the front arch liners may catch.
  18. I think vodkashots had these. A little too fussy and garish for me.
  19. Only a mild lip roll I'd imagine. I rolled my lips at the very top slightly before mine went in for paint. Just be careful with lip rolling. Regardless of what anyone says, you will get micro-fractures in the paint which can let in moisture in. Painters don't use a 'plasticizer' on the paint that's going on to metalwork, so the paint has little elasticity. Heat can help, but there's only so much that paint can stretch. I only did mine because I was getting it painted. You'll probably be ok, but just be careful.
  20. That's a decent spec, you'll be pretty flush with that fitment!
  21. Probably. My wheels are 19".
