  1. South West Tyres & South Coast Wheels I've used both before and they are pretty good. Speak to 'Tim' at South Coast wheels, he knows is shiznit!
  2. Looks stunning. :) I'll have to pop by one weekend and have a gander if it's ok with you. :) Where did you have that done? Deregorio's in Bridgwater?
  3. Thanks for all your info a pics chaps :) Had a butchers for a 99 spec spoiler....deffinately the one I'll go for as and when I have the cash...and even the car!! hahaha http://www.300-zx.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=120
  4. Oh right, cheers. Would like to retain CC as I use my vehicles on the motorway a fair bit. Being a licence loosing car etc, it would nice to have!! hehe
  5. Anyone know anything about the cruise control on airbag models? Sorry for the dumb question, I am a zed noob.
  6. How stunning is that. Was expecting to see some nasty bodykit on it too, but was pleasently suprised. Love those wheels, mega bucks for those alone. Very very nice.
  7. Anyone used that Diamond-Brite stuff?
  8. I only ever use Autoglym or Meguirs. Both are very good products.
  9. Cheers Dave, I would like to get it working if it's not working via another method. How do the newer ones work? Is there a seperate stalk for the CC on airbag models? Well, Richard Smith is up for giving it a once over as well. Sent a message to Gio as well, the more the merrier. Both are local chaps to the place anyway. Could ALMOST be a mini Zed meet......hehe
  10. The car I'm getting has had an aftermarket steering wheel fitted, now it's an early one. Seen a number of cars in member's rides also with after market wheels. Since the early ones have the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel, what happens to the system when you fit an after market wheel? I see that airbag versions do not have these buttons, so is there a mod you do to convert the buttons to run another way? Also, do all TTs come with cruise control? Ta
  11. Anthracite is like a very dark metallic silver/grey.
  12. Interesting, so my Jap import when I get it will have 110 mph (in KM's of course) clocks?

Oh yeah, I have generally nothing wrong with them. Most Novas now are going back down the traditional old-skool route. Friend of mine has one with a 2.0 16v Turbo (C20LET) from a calibra. Car is pretty much a standard GSi to look at. Concourse too. Looks great. I was just generalising. :) Understand what you mean...the lads with their brand new Audi A3's and such like

Field is not that bad. It can cater for Novas with those nasty MAHOOSIVE Orimental type bumpers that seemingly plough the roads, so I'm sure a Zed will cope. Field is fairly smooth from what I can remember.

This might sound a bit anal, but I find it a bit of a chavy event. Although if 300ZX.co.uk are making a presence, then I'll deffo try and attend. :) Should even have my Zed by then as well. :hyper:
  17. Just wondering if there are double DIN adaptor facia/base plates available for the Zed. Have seen some people with modded ones who've cut them to fit. Is that an actual unit you can buy to replace the two DIN slots to make them true double DIN? Ta

  19. Loads of 300's have the centre panel sprayed. I may end up changing it back. Maybe the tailgate is been resprayed too because of the sponge like spoiler/rot syndrome. It's certified a grade 4 with low milage, so can't be that poor. The garage have said that they provide details of what grade it is. Comes with a Vielside exhaust which I gather are rather pricey. Be nice if you were there, the more there the better. :)
  20. Must be a different person then as he's listed as being 'Lee Janjua' of http://www.import-ance.co.uk Thanks Richard, much appreciated. :)
  21. Yeah 'Lee' is his name, seems like a nice chap, you know him? LOL...it'll be covered if it's blown up!! That would be great if you could spare 30mins though. :)
  22. mrogers, thanks anyway. :) Gio, address is... 42 Lake Avenue. I don't know Slough at all.
  23. Thanks guys. Greg, depending on my movements over the coming days will depend on what day I go. More than likely be the weekend, but may end up being a Monday. Will let you know. Thanks a lot.:)
