Mine is on stock boost. Which is why when it cools, it'll boost to almost 7. I'm only getting a drop of about 1 - 1.5PSi when it's 30 odd degress. I use 97ron.

Still get a loose in performance in this heat. The gauge although inaccurate will still show a lesser reading if boost is lower.

Nope, it's doing neither. It's just been very hot lately. Boosts to almost 7 when the weather cools down in the evening. Airmass is a lot less and regardless of what fuel you use, you'll get a drop in performance. It's boosting when hot, to the first line before the 7....not sure if that's 6 or what.

Hot weather's killed my performance totally. Boosting about 6PSi at the moment and took longer than expected to see a 318 BMW dissapear from my rear screen last week.

Will it even run with the MAF unplugged? I guess it will go into limp mode?

He got lucky because out of ALL the cheap crap, he found a good one. The more you pay, the chances of buying a nice tidy one are greatly increased. Not always, but mostly the case. It's the law of averages. Surely you must be able to see that.

None have inspired me. I've always liked the look of the car...and what I've done to it was my own thing...although subtle. I'm not going for big power, or crazy bodymods. So it was down to my own liking of the car.
