Ok my car has been hit in the rear while parked up. Just after some advice for when I call the insurance company (admiral is mine). I have to go back and see the person that hit it after 5 oclock. Does anyone know what I'm likely to get as a payout for the zed?? Can I buy the car back to break it after we've sorted a payout. Thanks.

Yup I thought that was a question that didn't need answering tbh :lol: I'm only 5ft 10 or so and have quite short legs. I'm a 29 inch :wink: haha but I still catch my legs on the bottom of the steering wheel with the seat fully adjusted

The glow plugs just warm up the ignition chamber, the high pressure causes enough heat to ignite the fuel once the engine has fired up. So it won't be glow plugs. Also as mark says engines are at their best in warmer climates. So in winter you will see a drop in MPG. May sound silly but have you done all your routine maintenance, tyres checked for correct wear and all inflated properly. Was the service a full service? ALL filters etc? Haha si has nailed it. Beautiful zed looks angry with that stance, get rid of the aforementioned piss coloured lights :lol: and the bonnet has to go. But clearly a lot of time effort and cash has gone into it, 9/10 from me :biggrin:

Pay friend of mine was banging on about swapz.co.uk and how brilliant it was. So here goes from what I've been offered lol 1992 Audi 80 with 140000 miles Mk3 golf Mk3 Astra 1.7 diesel!!!! The Isuzu engine!!? Cheeky :censored: Mk4 golf gttdi with 175000 miles! Subaru impreza sti rep (2.0 non turbo) I put it in ages ago and forgot until tonight when I had an email saying I'd been offered a swap Honda accord S 2.4 which looked ok to be fair. But very short tax and test with 200000 miles. Errrr no thanks! I think my point is proven here :) Anyone else dealt with this site before?

Strange, I had a note left on my zed while I was at work today from someone called Steve who has a cherry red zed. Must be zeds blossoming in the town of flowers :lol: that's about 6 in shrewsbury now! Common as muck eh!!
