Our driving tests are far too easy to pass. Hence the reason there's a lot of shitty drivers about! I also believe on the other end of the spectrum that older people need a stringent test aswel as new drivers. I get a headache trying to work out why the country is so useless at everything :lol: everyone is in debt, the roads are trashed, they can't fix them properly, they fix the wrong ones and don't prioritise, aaaarrrrhhhhgggggg fed up with it all :lol:

They were planning to up the limit to 80mph but scrapped it because people already do 80 so if they upped it people would do 90. I think it's about time it should be upped!

I have to admit I'd be gutted if I had done that to your car and you went through the insurance as Im building my no claims. I would however have paid the costs of getting it looked at and a replacement bumper. Best of both worlds then, after all it's not like its a write off. Hopefully this is the last bit of bad luck you have with bumpers :) great attitude!
