What a pisser. The alloys on my Zed make it very hard to get an air hose onto the tyre valve. I can only use petrol station air hoses. 2 weeks after i got my Zed the front right tyre nearly came of the rim as it hardly had any air pressure in it. I was not used to these huge 245 tyres that with a thumb press can seem fairly pressurised but really are not.

I thought Star Wars Phantom Menance, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith were all very good films. George Lucas knew he would get savaged whatver he did with them. He stuck by his guns and made space opera films.

The only things i would like extra in a ZX are 4 wheel drive and a huge LED light array on the back. This LED array could imatate ZX lights and have various animations displayed like a stock market ticker board. Such as 'YES! - I DO ACTUALLY OWN THE ROAD', 'CURL UP AND DIE CHAV CORSA OWNER', 'HI SEXY' :p

For the first xmas and new year in 4 years i will not be going to my brothers in Bordeaux, France for fun and frivolity. Instead i will be at home probably playing too much World of Warcraft and seeing some of my hussies.

Picked up my ZX a month ago. I had a strange urge to laugh all the time going from Southampton to Birmingham. I was timid driving it back home with a few pedal to the metal sessions on the M40. I felt king of the road, and i still do :) I really opened up the ZX going from Leiceseter to Birmingham last night. On the M69 i was laughing my head off like a crazy man.

That i beleive is a BMW Z2 prototype. It never went into production as such.

IMO the Countach LP500 is the most sensational supercar ever made for sheer WOW factor. I also love the Citroen CX Turbo and Aston Martin Lagonda so i really like my wedgie cars.

Erm not sure tbh! But from what i have read on these forums leaky intercoolers are often a cause of an engine not reving beyond 5000rpm. Sorry i cant be more helpfull. Perhaps one of the wiser ZX dudes could tell you if you could inspect the intercoolers yourself to determine if one is 'leaky'.

The headlights on my import TT are feeble too. I shall too checkout the HID upgrade thingy

Could be intercooler leak. A new left intercooler allowed my imported TT to rev above 5000rpm whilst the importers were sorting it out.

Thing with living in 'civilised' society is that we pay twice - for the crime and then in taxes to keep them in a prison. Those that do the very worse crimes such as pedo stuff, mass murder and serial rape should be given the option of 'honourable termination' where they get a bullet in the head and it would be recorded that the sad SOB did the noble thing and removed himself from this world. This said i hate mob rule where the tabloids get people angry and start foaming in the mouth.. just so the media can sell more papers. I dont know why loads of lifers just dont kill themselves, that is i mean i myself could not handle 15+ years in a prison having showers with other men!

Ah soz just noticed you have an ipod-mini which uses flash memory for storage i think.

Get the latest version of iTunes and download the latest firmware for the ipod. May help. I have installed iPodzilla\Linux on my ipod cos i.... errr.. cos i can! Gives you an alternative way to play mp3s and do stuff. But it likes to keep the hard drive spinning most of the time which kills the barttery.

To follow on, also what are the biggest speakers i can fit in the rear that are in the pods inbetween the boot and the flat raised bit between the seats and the boot, on a SWB. A decent two part Sony stereo system came with mine, including graphic equalizer - 80's chic!, but the only working speakers are the ones in the rear and they are shot.

2005 was overall a good year for me. Nearly left IT work after doing another shite contract and was forced to resign from it But i landed an IT manager job that is great. Quite a lot of women action. At the moment i am really good friend with a lass i really really like but she wont go out with me properly. I have my hopes. She really sets me on fire I have grappled with depression all my life but i have it well controlled this year.

Zed world fitted a new clutch so my ZX chariot is back on the road. Zedworld were very flexible in sorting it all within a day with no prior appointment considering they are booked up for the next 6 or so weeks. As commented in other parts of the forum my ZX seems a bit more zippy in the cold weather.

I am going to get the same boost controller. Though my mates say it needs to be fitted by a specialist, is this true?

I much prefer winter to summer. I sun burn so easily. Sitting on a beach getting sun bathing sounds miserable to me. A cold wind on my face gives me purpose. Might be cos of my russian and scottish blood lines. I take my holidays in the winter. Off to USA east coast next week. And France, Spain for xmas :)

Cobra beer is lovely with a curry :)
