They are replicas Si but let's say they are one of the better fitting ones. I believe they were vacuum metalised I saw these before Andy closed the light units up and they were very good indeed.

They are titanium so a much harder material and they create a weird bur that needs filing off by hand but 5 mins saw both done and tested in the car.

After listening to some really lame excuses from a couple of key shops I finally found a shop locally to cut my new titanium keys. The best excuse I got was "it's a car key if we screw it up we have to buy the new electronic key from the dealer so we don't do them!!!!!!! Errr look at the key buddy do you see a transponder, I replied.....He looked and said "I'm still not cutting it" bloody dosh bag. Anyway all done now

Look at Competition Clutches website they have a range for different powers. Is it for street or track use? if its street avoid the puck type clutches they are shite for everyday driving but great for track use. Stunning work I've seen this photo set before but still I'd have my interior like that in a shot it's fab.

The silicone ones are stronger and last longer. My heater matrix hoses just got replaced I wanted silicone but they were on 5 week back order so I went oem.

Drove down with Coopd today and picked the white zed up from Lee Dent's place today got to say I thought it wasn't bad before but lee found an ECU problem I wasn't aware of so replaced it and put a better chip in so now it's running and boosting even better. New exhaust gaskets both sides and fitted my 99 spec bumper . Sam installed the injector connectors I got from Joelyp . Also fitted a low mileage gearbox I bought last year so she's now smooth as silk in the gears too. I'm a happy boy so big thanks to Lee and Sam for all your hard work you boys rock. Thanks Dave for the lift down hope you enjoyed the ride home.

The alloy wheel will be an easy find plenty on ebay but I'm sure someone on here will have one or two knocking about for cheap. The brake disk and pad situation well Jakai recently bought a vented disk and Mintex pad set for front and rear off eBay for around £200 . I'm sure also the front wing will be an easy find there's plenty of breakers around too.

Luke came and had a good look a Zebedee coz we were in the queue together on the way in, he knows I have the white zed but didn't know about zeb, i'm not sure he's ever seen it before so he was very interested and had a good look round. I believe his car was over with the FTO boys. I did invite him to join us next year too

Today I am mostly starting my racecar build.

It was a different sort of show though lets be honest, most of the people there were in their own cars, I don't think that there were too many "Members of the public" who just came to look round. This is completely different to a well advertised classic car show like Weston Park or Tatton Park where all sorts come to have a look round. In my experience our cars have attracted a lot of attention at the static type classic car shows with plenty of people asking about them and taking pics. So I think its just that JAE is not that sort of show. Maybe the organisers should advertise it locally, we were speaking to a guy at the garage while Trish & Liz got fuel for the drive home and he was asking why the area was full of nice sports cars so clearly Newark in general were unaware the show was even there. So maybe advertising the show to locals would be a good idea and would result in bigger gate takings and a bigger better experience all round. Trish we did talk at length about your red car did we not but I think in general I for one was just relaxing after a tough week at work with my zed buddies. And you were doing such a good job of looking after us all too.

My white zed has had a manual conversion so can talk to you about that no problem, as said above the TT zed engine can easily be tuned to return respectable BHP numbers for fairly little outlay so id look at that route first before considering a power unit swap. Im certainly happy with the 350 ish BHP that mine are putting out.

Well from the day I collected Zebedee ive never been a fan of the large square type number plate on the font bumper so had always planned to replace it at some point. Along comes JAE so I thought this would be a good event to change the plate and offer I little tribute to Mandy at the same time. So this is what I fitted. Its subtle but says what I wanted it to.
