  7. Anyone know if this what looks like capacitor is supposed to be on the back of an alternator? Brought a replacement and it's got it. My thought is not, thanks :biggrin:

  14. Well after 3 years with no trouble from my heater, last night it decided to spring rather a big leak. (Forcing me to bypass it by the side of the road to get home). The usual routes haven't show up any for sale so was hoping someone more inlightened could point me in the right direction Thanks Jay
  15. so today i painted my side skirts and test fit, next is the wings and weld the passenger side sill before final fitting
  16. Fitted some buttons on my momo steering wheel so can have cruise with without putting the buttons on the boss. Pretty happy with the result.

  18. FINALLY after a nearly 1 month wait for the adapters to come over from Merica land i got my set of skyline injectors fitted, and found while doing a compression test that my negative battery terminal is flogged D:
  19. i sealed what i could, and have cavity wax on its way, did the lower seal a few weeks ago, so now just 3 little spots on the arch :D
  20. Went round a friend's today and got my Nast rust hole cut out, pretty proud of my handwork tbh :D

Evening guys, this has probably been covered numerous times but ill be buggered if i can find it. brought myself a complete rb25det fuel rail that iv harvested for injectors obviously. question is can i just dump them in with new seal kits and the replacement plugs while using the skyline rail caps to hold them in? In my head this makes sense??? keep seeing these kits that apparently adapt the z32 rail from phase one to two so it don't drip at idle??? can't fathom how adding a spacer solves it xD thanks in advance :D jay
