  1. I look a right misery in that one though I was freezing, this one is more representative :)
  2. I was gonna say that but didn't think people would get it  "Moderator... Help!"
  3. Being very careful not to go outside the rules. Gary, I would like more information about Garth's eunos roadster as my cousin (who has just sold his evo for it being too fast) is very interested in it. Garth can you sub up and pass me a full advert and get in touch for a discussion about it please? Thank you.
  4. To spectate on the sunday what time should I be arriving, will there be massive queues and is parking straight forward? I will be driving down from the north east on the morning. Thanks guys, I will wear my 300zx T shirt proudly :)
  5. Fantastic news, I have another rally on the second, the speyside rally 45 stage miles on gravel. And!!! It is in a subaru  With this dude RAF Spookworks Rally Team 2012 Champions in action: I never really reported back on the Jim Clark rally, I will do that at some point with awesome onboard, we came 5th and it was nuts in short. Can not wait :)
  6. Dave is happy for Noz to take my place, Noel he has asked that you get in touch with him.
  7. That's what I have suggested to Dave Naxton. He certainly can for me.
  8. Yeah good point, I will call tomorrow if he hasn't got back to me. I'll still be there to cheer you guys on
  9. Just emailed him again after no reply from the first one.
  10. I agree with that Dan, and I hope I am able to keep this csr forever, no doubt something will scupper that plan, but that is the aim. So it should never matter, but I have always been baffled by the supra price difference. I just wanted to elaborate that I didn't simply buy it for 3 to sell for 6. I also realise putting 2 grand brakes on doesn't add 2 grand to the value, its the tuning paradox, add mods and sometimes lower the value
  11. The car I own today is not the car I bought. I bought a banger and now own a fine and sound example (statement true after bodymech are finished). If I sold at £6500 it would be a substantial loss.
  12. Our cars get massively undersold. Why are they 3000 rather than 6000. Surely if we just all set the bar higher it would come up to meet us. Add 2 grand to funk si's list up above and don't take a penny less. It baffles me the way they change hands at 2.5 to 4 grand. When ratty Supras with a scatterung of dodgy mods and 120'000 miles are 6 grand! It is ridiculous. I'm gonna start this trend. My car cost 3 grand, it could be sold for 6500 and is insured for 10.
  13. I have had a similar thing missing TOTB for the MOT failure that I didn't see coming. And I am missing Coventry for work. BUT THE MAIN THING IS, you get the car sorted. It is a beautiful car, I had to come to the same decision: 1) Rush the repair make the race 2) Do what is best for the car I realise that ideally you would have done the best job and made the show but at least one of the nicest zeds in the world will get the best job done on it, and will still be roadworthy to attend the 30th anniversary. I will see you there :thumbup1:
  14. I would buy one, but didn't quite get the one they did make. Just looked 1% off for me, which is a shame because convertibles are awesome.
  15. Kaminari  That second red one looks alright, at least it all goes together. Oh hang on, that's two spoilers, FAIL. I really fancied a diffuser and the little black fins and lips. But as I had decided I would keep my JUN front bumper, any changes behind it would break the continuity and my rear bumper can't take a diffuser so would need to be changed.
  16. Those are the Calimari skirts I was thinking about for my re dress. I went through just about all of google looking at "300zx side skirts" and decided by page 12 they were second to none. This is a long way up my list of prettiest cars on earth And this spoiler in this picture... Makes it look like one of these Ooh ducktail  If that white zed spoiler actually was seamlessly blended into the car. There isn't a smiley happy enough for it, I'll use this one :balloon:
  17. Yeah I was too, tears of laughter. just as well were laughing, this thread got way too serious, what must newcomers think of this place. We should definitely have that padded cell Spin Doctor suggested, subscribed members only, lock yourself in and go bananas. Have self deleting threads in there too like mission impossible. Legrath a moderator if they can put one together
  18. Someone confiscate Si's red pen please, at least until we open a thread where Spin Doctor can complain  JOKE
