  1. Anyway folks. I reckon your all making a bit of a meal of this!!!! If I'm successful I think I'm gonna train as a gynaecologist :)
  2. I need it Steve as it's going into my new shell. The one in that surprisingly enough has been cut off at the bulkhead. It's all disconnected from my red car and ready to go. I will get to drive one of these cars mate......eventually :(
  3. Oh *****cks!!! I need loom complete, so is it easier to undo and strip the whole dash of my donor car, then I can install the same way into my donor shell ;)
  4. Thanks for that, good to know it's relatively simple :)
  5. Thanks Dougal, that's very helpful. I thought I might need to strip down the whole dash, hallelujah !!!!!!! :)
  6. hi mate, does all that wiring go solely to the ecu???
  7. I have completely disconnected the loom in the engine bay and now need to get at it from the inside where it passes through the bulkhead. I have removed the glovebox and hoped to remove what I believe to be the pollen filter housing/heater fan to access. I have removed many 10mm bolts but nothings budging. Is there a cheat to get to the loom or do I have to strip down dash????:confused1:
  8. Hows it going with that new white one of yours mate. I don't know whether to strip my red one onto the white one or have two and buy a donor car for the white shell. Decisions, decisions
  9. I thought it would. I was planning on sorting out that silver bootlid getting it resprayed etc etc. What happened to the original boot lid?
  10. : Ive got a fibre glass spoiler back on the red one. The car in question is the pearl white rolling shell in my garage which I bought from Baz. Just wondered if it would fit the earlier bootlid
  11. Okay mate I will bare that in mind:thumbup1:
  12. He only makes the rear quarter. He also does the inner strenghener and arches. If I remember rightly all 3 bits for each side cost me about £230ish from Steve and they are indeed very good. The main part of the sill has to be from Nissan which are about £400 a pair, however MJP Eastern do them for approximately £330 which is a considerable saving
  13. Ok Baz, thanks for the advice, I need to have a good look really, its all for the white shell I bought off of you
  14. Also the black strip on the boot of 99 spec will this fit on the boot lid of earlier models? Also how much and where from?

  18. Good advice gents. How about 99 spec rear lights? There are some with white indicators which look the part, but are they any good?

  20. What's the difference between the rear light Centre panels. I want a pristine one so I phoned Nissan for a price. My car is a 1990 which is what they based there search on. Before ordering I just wanted to make sure I'm getting the best one and that there aren't other variants which will look better???

  22. Disconnected the white connector to the brake master cylinder to gain access while sorting out a boost leak and now I can't find the connector anywhere. Does anybody know where the wire comes from on the loom?
  23. I removed the maf and connected yours in its place and tried to inflate system with one of those mickey mouse cigarette lighter compressor pumps. I left it running for a few minutes and failed to build any pressure in the system
