  8. Just fitted my grounding kit (cheers Pete :duffer: ) which has gold connections. First bit of bLiNg. I know I shouldn't but I have to......... More bLiNg, more bLiNg, more bLiNg! :p Colin
  9. At that price I would snap it up. Got the original blade myseld and they are as chunk says, bomb proof. Try and see if they will also chuck in a full; service as well. Never know your luck. Check second gear well, being a wheelie machine, second tends to go first although not that often. Good luck and enjoy the Blade. Colin
  10. Virginia Water Motor Company MOT'd my car earlier this year for me with no problems. They managed to fit me in quickly but did have the car all day. The only problem was the rear No plate bulb which they replaced instead of failing the car. Normal repairs can be very expensive through them though. Haven't kept their number as I am now in Belgium. They are in Yellow Pages though. There is also a place under the arches in Windsor. Can't tell you much more as I have never used them. Hope it goes well. Colin

  14. Just checked and there appears to be no leaks at the back of the engine, just the one above going to the rad. 'Note to self - replace this week' cheers Colin
  15. Thanks Helraiser, Just taken a pic of what is definately a leak. Seems odd that the car has not lost any coolant and that there is a leak into the footwell. Now I'm lost :headvswal
  16. Just checked my coolant levels and they appear to be fine. New heater matrix and rip the dash out time. Anyone got one? Postage no problem.
  17. I think my heater matrix has gone. Missus drove the car today  and told me that she felt a drip on her foot a couple of times. Noticed that there was some fluid that appeared to be coming from one of the heater pipes near the brake (its an auto). Took the car to town to get some retrim material and temp shot up. It didn't go over the mark and cooled down quickly. Car did this a few times on the way home. Got out the car and noticed some fluid on my left foot (the car is RHD). The fluid has a slight oily texture to it. Done a few searches and from what I have read I think heater matrix as it seems a common problem. I'm going to check my cooland levels and re-fill in a little while to see if it helps. Any other ideas?
  18. Nend, Next time you have a meeting in Belgium (or even close by), could you PM me. I would be very interested in coming along. Pics look great. Colin

  23. Yup, He survived. Saw that one a while ago and they interviewed him afterwards. Bit burned and less hair but otherwise OK. I've done the window thing. Doesn't hurt but you feel like a right plonka.
  24. Spent just over a year working in a Cat A as a Warder. There is some very scary people around. Put me off doing anything that could land me inside.
