  1. Yeah thats a tricky one i'm trying to pick which bumper currently, i really arn't a fan of the bellbottom/flare bodykits, was tempted to be a bit more subtle and go with a "supermade" kit... as its the only one that doesn't flare... Was going to use these front and sides possibly, reckon the zx could pull it off?
  2. That looks so much meaner.
  3. Scrap that they are probably identical *mutters while picturing interiors of both cars and layout.*
  4. I would imagine one would just roll out alot further.
  5. the lower the number the further your wheel sticks out ... ie a +35 will stick out 10mm more than a +45 in the same width. Wheel offset is measured by measureing the total width of the wheel in mm... the finding the middle point then mesauring towards the outer part of the wheel (the part you see) until you get to where the wheel makes contact with the brake disc.... ie... if your total rim width was 300mm.... divide that in half you get 150mm.... measure 150mm then from there find how far to where the wheel joins your hub. ... so say base on this you find the part that joins the hub is 35mm towards the outside edge of the wheel... that is a +35 offset. A wheel with 0 offset for example would be exactly in the centre of the wheel. ... a -20 is 20mm off centre towards the inside edge of the wheel thus pushing the wheel out further. All of these figured you base on the same width rim, if you where to look at wider rims then you can put that into the offset calculator i linked in an earlier post and find what offset will be suitable... With z's the shape of your spokes have to be chosen carefully due to the large size of the 4 pot calipers.
  6. Or... just click my replies ^^^^^
  7. the bottom of that bumper is crooked... and i only notice it now lol
  8. I finally got into photoshop using the same images my friend used above, ended up with how i imagine it being... took me a couple of hours though.
  9. My mate just suprised me with this photoshop, front will look bigger i real life but ya get the idea :D
  10. just likes the sil80 swaps but didnt like the rears and i already had the zx here, kinda felt the zx front was a bit too placid for her rear end once i had bodykit wheels lowered etc... and i wanted something different, the s13's lines will flow the best i was tempted to go s15 silvia but i decided i didn't want it to look that modern.
  11. Almost all of that red part (s13front) will be going on, just need to trimm off the s13 strut tower pieces then the whole lot goes down a few inches.
  12. Nope the 2 chassis designs are too different everything forward of the strut tower is different on the zx... so overything strut tower forward except the chassis rails will now be s13 gear.
  13. Just figuring it out as i go along, i'm not usually much of a fabricator, and the weather has decided to halt any progress today.
  14. Never seen one like that, are you sure its not justr for the ones with the little red lights either side of the liocense plate, which i think are the uk new?
  15. Do rays make the standard dimple 350z wheels? thats interesting... and i didn't mention 5x100 wouldn't fit as somebody had already mentioned that regarding having to use hub adaptors etc... to my knowledge the svx subarus are 5x114 though.
  16. Get new valves put in when you get your next lot of tyres/ rotation.
  17. 32?!?! bugger that. i run 36 front 38 rear. with the wetter conditions there you would want to run around 35f/37r. 32 you'll chew your tyres out damn quick.
  18. Pretty sure the svx is the subaru exception and runs 5x100... but all other subarus to my knowledge are 5x100 along with some 5 stuf toyotas ie altezza, 3s (2 litre) coronas, celicas caldina's etc.
  19. Your budget is damn tight now and what you get for that sort of money from what i have seen on here WILL need work... Hang onto that money and just wait, many will come past your nose for that kind of coin, problem is most will be rooted.
  20. Alright update time... S13 nose clip, lights and bonnet arrived... Nose clip... Placed it all on without the s13 clip (still had chassis rails on it) Another shot of it all just sitting with no nose metal Cut just the chassis rails off the s13 nose to position it on the car... Here is it sitting the same with all the panels on so i can figure out how far it all has to come down... Consider yourselfs updated gentlemen, sir's and pikey (better give stella a mention i figured)
  21. Depends what 350z wheels you got the 17's are fine, the 18's require shaving of the nissan logo off your caliper or a 3mm spacer.
  22. 17x8 +36 up front...
  23. http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp
  24. All my looms are out at the moment if there are anymore pics you need.
  25. All abflug stuff, ive got that front bumper sitting here it'll likely go on ebay soon.
