I used the k&n on my old silver n/a, good filter and easy to fit/remove.

Anyone with a full set of locks and ignition barrel with just one key. Turns out that every lock on my project has a different lock on every door/boot and ignition.

I had an advisory for an excessively noisey exhaust on my last TT!? Surely if it was that excessive then it would have failed.

Apparently you don't actually need reverse lights for an mot (this is what I was told by an mot station when mine didn't previously work), although if this isn't true please let me know.

My zed is still drivable with mot and tax but it will be coming apart soon (when i get time) for a full rebuild.

I'm sure with a bit of time that parts zed will turn out to be a proper gem mate! I'm still surprised at how rust free it was. Once you find and fix the boost leak, let me know and I'll take you out for another test drive :lol::lol:

To be honest, I haven't actually managed to touch it yet as I've been so busy with my HiFi business I literally haven't had any spare time :( I have however bought it some new shoes, a new gearknob and steering wheel and am waiting to get it over to my mate Pete rosenburg so he can give it a good once over and replace the cambelt and water pump. How is the other zed doing? Have you got it fully up and running yet?

Nice picture mate. Fingers crossed for your fault finding mate. After owning several zeds I tend not to worry now when things like this happen as it usually turns out to be a simple fix.

I remember asking for lines in the centre panel which you expertly did for me. I definitely remember asking for the 300 to illuminate in white though but you told me it could be done but not a good idea due to the old bill so I ended up having in it red.

Was that me that asked you to do that :)
