  1. I'm sure you can be grown up about it and just click on the next page (or whatever you do :) ). It's like if you were to pass each other in the street, you wouldn't turn and walk in another direction. I can understand that everyone has their own reasons, but after a year or more, your initial break-up pain should be gone now. But good luck with your search :)
  2. I think the regs are; If the fog light, brake light and or tail light is in one whole unit, then the full lens surface must be a minimum of 100mm away, otherwise bulb to bulb in a completely separate unit (ie, in our reverse light area, it will be ok, if it's in the brake light unit, then it's not).
  3. I believe that it's bulb to bulb, not necessarily the visible lens area.
  4. Make sure it's a single filament bulb, not double.
  5. The front facing pic makes me think of this:
  6. :D That's just me being thick lol
  7. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=155516 I guess?
  8. Your black Z looks exactly the same as mine apart from the lights lol... Black gaffe tape across most of it, with white masking tape where the high level brake light is :D
  9. Can't wait to hear when these are gonna come over here! Keep us in touch please!
  10. I have a switch like that on mine, althought it looks like an aftermarket button. I was also a bit curious on that. I don't really feel it working though :s
  11. It's definatly a Z32. Good spot.
  12. Saw you at around 20:15pm today, I was in the opposite lane. I flashed but it was kinda late when I saw you. Nice car :)
  13. Got the Nissan Fast CD then? :p I used to work for a Nissan dealer so i'm looking for some awesome discounts lol.
  14. Yeah, common part numbers would be a good idea! I did try to look at the parts catalogue website, but I couldn't see it :s
  15. Hey, Just looking for the Nissan part number for this, preferably with the rear brake light in it, if not, the normal one would be ok. I saw a post about a week and a half ago, but a search through the recent forums, and a search didn't find it. If anyone has the part number, I'd be grateful.
  16. Most imports seem to have 9-10 digits, I can't remember fully now. Unlike the current EU nissan chassis which tell you everything about a car.
  17. Doesn't it tell you on the bottle? :S It depends what kind of stuff it is though. Some come as concentrate, some as pre-mixed. I hope it's red antifreeze, but don't mix it with blue :)
  18. Don't do it Bayside Blue! Cause I'm getting mine done that colour lol :p
  19. Yep, we had a couple of Ford Ka's and there was so much rust on them, it was unreal. Only 64k ish on the clocks too. When my Z went in for some welding work, that was rusted on the n/s/r arch infront of the wheel higher than the textured area... and don't get me started on K11 Micras or N15 Almeras lol...
  20. Well, just noticed after more than a week I have a turbo timer  I know it's not really recommended, but when I set it, I can't remove the key until the engine has stopped running. Is there anything I can do so that I can remove the key? I don't know if it's been wired in correctly though.
  21. HID's are affected more by dirt on the lens than reflective lights. Also HID's are horrid if they're on non projection lights. Also from today there is a new white paper based MOT certificate, which imo looks horrid. But the positive about it, is that you can't just rip the VT32 (Advisory notice) from the pass. Without having the colour coding it makes my life harder, since I deal with all the paperwork in an MOT station :(
  22. A TT has more torque than some F1 engines too... so by your logic... :D
