  1. I can't make it then ;) Steve
  2. I used them for about 3 years and only had a couple of niggles with them. Car was late back a couple of times but only for minor jobs (new clutch etc..) To be fair, I've never felt ripped off (except maybe for my "SE Maxflow Induction" ) Peter is a top bloke and knows so much about the Zed but SE seem to lack organisational and customer service skills... Jock's been helping me with the car since and I've learnt loads about it. Top fella  Just my 2p Steve :)
  3. Apparently quite a few Skylines went down with this as well.. :( Steve
  4. LOL - git :xxx:
  5. Oi Duffer! Put that grey kit on Pete's car and watch his 1/4 times come down ;) Steve
  6. Unlucky Pete.. :( Hope that you can sort out the damage and get her back on the road soon mate Steve :)
  7. I've had mine up on stands for about a month with no major damage... Don't do what I did and jack it up using the the oil sump though! :nelson: Steve :smw:
  8. A close friend of mine works in Benefit Fraud Investigations. He and 4 colleagues cover the whole of Greater South London (everything below the Thames) . They are not allowed to go out of their way to catch people who turn up at benefit offices in their BMWs and Mercs. Instead, they can only act on tip offs given them by the freephone "grass your neighbour up" lines. Arses me off big time that the government can piss away millions every month on false claims, but can only pay for 5 staff to investigate the problem in an area that big. Even then, they cannot do their jobs properly because of all the red tape... It stinks  Steve
  9. Agree with the above - but we're relying on people putting themselves forward first... Kirbz has put himself in the frame for this one. If anyone else volunteers then we could put it to the vote.. If not, he takes the job on! Sorted.. Steve :)
  10. Deffo take a look at Scoops car Dan but also check out the buyers guide Steve
  11. Very happy with my Bel Euro 550 - you can disable frequencies that you know are false alarms (eg: automatic door openers in petrol stations  ) but I recommend only doing this when you've had the unit for a while and you are sure that the frequency concerned is not used by the law... Great when you go abroad, as you just change the country on the unit and it sets itself for the local frequencies used. CheerZ Steve
  12. Thanks mate! Close up of the front wheel... CheerZ Steve
  13. Car passed this morning with no problems! The tester kindly pointed out that the cats had been removed  and he had tested it as a decatted vehicle. No problems though :D  Also, well pleased with the new rims... :D Big thanks to Jock for all his help over the past few weeks  Steve

Hi Rick Take a look at the buyers guide for some useful info.. I think you may have a job getting a decent example for £3k but who knows... HTH Steve :)
  15. Same here (apart from the 300zx.co.uk bit) ;) Steve :)
  16. Sorry Matty - thought I'd replied! Same deal to you bud if you want 'em! Includes postage of course.. Steve ;)
  17. They are as new - will take £20 for 'em if you are interested.. Steve :)
  18. I've got a set sitting in a drawer at home but they may be colour specific though (grey car) Mine came from a main dealer when they damged my originals when fitting a centre brake light... Steve :)
  19. I've got the kit organised by Paul Arundale (ArundaleP) but as I have a UK car it's not essential. The kit cost me £165ish but if you want it I'll sell it for £150 inc postage... Let me know mate... CheerZ Steve
  20. Good riddance to the tosser... :xxx: Steve
  21. LOL - towels will be available for hire...
  22. Me - probably up for Saturday & Sunday! Steve :)
  23. FFS! Deffo check the chassis number. Your insurance company is taking the p1ss on this! IIRC the UK model sold for about £10,000 more than the Jap when they were available new in their respective countries. Why the f*ck would someone pay more for a UK spec when there were loads of JDM models available in Japan?! This stinks - I'm sure that they are hoping you will get fed up and walk away. PM me your chassis number if you want Alastair and I'll have a word with someone I know at my local main dealer... Steve
