  1. LOL - nice one! I've got family in Peebles and try to get up at least once a year. If it's a golf week, I usually stay in Edinburgh for a few days so we can play up your way.. No plans for a trip this year yet though :( Would be great to meet up for a game if I do so will keep you posted CheerZ Steve :)
  2. Yeah c'mon bud! Mine seems to be getting hotter since removing the rad shroud. I thought this was just there to protect you from the fan  Steve :)
  3. LOL - not me Gordon, but I do love Bathgate golf course! One of my favourites. Also, play over at Deer Park nearer you.. CheerZ Steve :)
  4. Yours isn't that tidy.. :p Steve :)

What's that picture on the wall behind you mate? Nice house... :D Let us know how it goes  Steve :)
  6. Higher capacity PSU won't cause a problem but check the form factor of your case. It may be a Micro ATX (small case) in which case you need a compatible size PSU. Most parts suppliers should be able to advise. Let me know if you need any help though... Steve :)
  7. Sorry to hijack but I'm in a very similar position to Danny and he's asked a question that I've been considering for some time. I'm a programmer by trade but don't really have the time to hard code my own site. I've had a look at Macromedia's web site and they are doing the Studio MX package for about £339 plus VAT. Do I need all these modules (Flash, Fireworks, Freehand and Coldfusion) or am I better off with the basic package? Any pointers gratefully received... Steve :)

I'll be up for this - any idea about start time? Steve :)
  9. Mike, I use the Halfords stands but place a block of 2x4" wood between them and the car. Works for me.. ;) Steve
  10. Not aware of one mate! TBH have not noticed any difference in noise and have a small decrease in engine temp. Can't be bad  Steve :)
  11. I think that the sticker you mention refers to the heat shield blanket which is usually stuck on the underside of the bonnet. Many members have removed this (including me) with no ill effects. However, if you do this, try to take it off in one piece rather than shredding it. It's held on with plastic poppers.. HTH Steve :)
  12. AVCR install guide here HTH Steve :)

Does this mean that you are available for hire Stu?   Steve :)
  14. Jock and I both paid about £650 inc vat for the full system including decat. WTF do they need a jig for? Did you speak to their head office or a local branch? Steve :)
  15. Jock and I have both had Longlife zorsts fitted. Top quality and they really know their stuff. I didn't think that they were that pricey. Well impressed with mine.. Steve :)
  16. Me too :( Pic attached showing the two pipes concerned just before the "to cylinder head" text.. Steve
  17. Are you sure? Their website is still up and running. Steve
  18. Mike I've got my cats sitting in the garage and they were fine before removal. Not sure if they will bolt straight on to yours though as the zorst supplier made up some new flanges for them. You're welcome to give 'em a try if you think it might help... Steve :)
  19. LOL - nice one bud! Steve :)
  20. Me too please Garry CheerZ Steve :)
