  1. Will do bud - although now the bodywork mods begin LOL. Nothing too serious - 99 spec rear spoiler, subtle side skirts and an original colour blow over :D
  2. As above Allan - it's been a bit of a mare and I almost got rid. Hopefully, my patience will have paid off :D
  3. LOL - too true. Started with Ztech in 2006 and she never ran right (leaky injector, one of the new turbos collapsed and a cylinder was trashed :( ). Then went to Andy Duff who fitted a replacement block, new tubs and some other bits (this took a while). Finally she's with Jeff who checked her over and got her up to MOT standard :D
  4. After about 3 years of highs, lows and lots of patience, I'm finally picking her up on Tuesday :D MOT went through last week and I taxed her online today. Looking froward to the drive home... CheerZ Steve :)
  5. Paul Very sorry to hear about this bud. I'm away at the moment, but will get in touch when I'm home. CheerZ Steve :)

  12. Just spotted this Dave - gutted for you :( Hope there's a way to keep her and get her sorted bud! Steve :)
  13. Sorry bud - all sorted but never got to the bottom of it. Was either fuelling or bad PTU connection. CheerZ Steve :)
  14. Congrats fella :cool: (now tell me it'll be garaged ;) ) Steve :)
  15. Just checked and my firm only handle business to business debt - sorry! Steve :)
  16. Mike "The law has long held that cheques should be treated as if they are as good as cash. If a cheque bounces through insufficient funds, you have to serve a notice of dishonour. If the cheque is actually stopped, you do not. You can then sue on the cheque, and there a only a very limited number of defences (icluding fraud, total failure of consideration and some cases of misrepresentation). Therefore it is usually possible to get summary judgment in the court, hence avoiding the need to go through all the normal costly steps in litigation." I have a very good firm of solicitors who will charge just a couple of quid for a "letter before judgement". Have only ever served these to companies, but I don't see why the same shouldn't apply to an individual. Good luck! Steve :) (PS. What a miserable old c\/nt!)
  17. Superb news John - you must be chuffed to bits :D Can't wait to see it "in the metal" CheerZ Steve :)

  22. LMAO :rofl::rofl::rofl: - class! Steve :)
  23. Do a search on "turbo seals" - mixed opinions but very much depends on the condition of your tubs IMHO Steve :)
  24. Welcome bud - I'm down in Crawley a fair bit (have friends in Ifield). RPS clutches are a popular upgrade that can take much more punishment than the stock unit (assume you have a manual box). Do a search on RPS and speak to Danny @ DTA in the traders section. Check out the meets in the South East section and get yourself along to one :D CheerZ Steve :)
  25. Happy birthday Dave :cool: Steve :duffer:
