  1. I just did the same to mine, I bought five different thickness sheets of gasket paper for a few quid, drew around the blank and cut it out. I remember people saying before not to use RTV to seal the upper plenum on as it can blow easily so thought this would apply with these also as at the same pressure. Not saying it's wrong just saying what I did http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GASKET-PAPER-MATERIAL-OIL-AND-WATER-RESISTANT-5X-A4-SHEETS-/120943973015?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1c28d29297
  2. No worries, my order with CZ got held up as they had a query so thought I could slip those bits into the shipment for you
  3. Come on, give us a picture of the abomination then :shifty:
  4. There was the adjustable suspension and heated wing mirrors, don't think they were on the UKDM options but they were elsewhere. My JDM shorty has the cd multi changer controls under the armrest but where was the cd multi player located as standard?
  5. I keep forgetting to put the links in posts! http://westcovinanissanparts.com/nissanparts/index.cfm?searchText=24011-31P61&action=searchAllCatalogs&siteid=216584&makeid=25
  6. I just got a new loom, cheapest I found was here if you go that route. Their part numbers aren't all correct so message them if you get problems and they will sort it out. My shipping was $65 and they will change declared value if you want them to. http://westcovinanissanparts.com/nissanparts/index.cfm?searchText=24011-31P61&action=searchAllCatalogs&siteid=216584&makeid=25
  7. This last 15 secs? http://vimeo.com/31515908
  8. Im sure you can build a frame on the front to extend it a little without planning, as long as it's considered a temporary structure. Cover it in shutter boards and move the door forward. Check with the council.
  9. Any idea what the car at 1.05 is? Sounds amazing. The Arab guy whimpering is hilarious:laugh:
  10. Yep sounds pants, never actually looked at how it worked just remember reading it on the box. Not sure of availability in the UK but there is another one called ProEFI traction control that some reviews i've read have rated it as better than the Racelogic. Not seen a bad word about the Racelogic though.
  11. Are you not keen on the traction control that comes built into the AEM unit?
  12. B0llox! Wished i'd realised that beforehand. Won't bother with lacquer i'll just touch up if any bits get damaged. Thanks guys
  13. I've done some painting with satin black rattle cans. It's been dry for a while but seems a bit delicate, it gets marked a bit to easily. Would you expect this and is a laquer coat normal/required? Cheers
  14. That first one is amazing, I can't believe he got out of that
  15. Hi Dave, I need some top mounts for my new rad please, in black http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=2947
  16. She should cancel the direct debit that pays the rent. Free house until January!
  17. How do you go about making these panels Pete, plywood templates first or measurements and straight into it? When will you be doing that?
  18. Helmet looks cool and the bike is just lush!
  19. Yes like that but with a moulding on it to pop through a hole to secure it to the car like the bottom one of the picture http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/28-30mm-UNIVERSAL-PLASTIC-HOLE-PLUGS-GROMMET-FLAT-COVER-RoHS-COMPLIANT-NEW-/350644723706?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51a40ddffa
  20. Have you ever taken a wing or the bumper off and seen the cable ties that have a split style clip that pushes through a hole to hold it to the car while it holds the loom for the lights etc in? There a load of them all up the inside of the inner wing, a couple across the front and a few others inside the engine bay - - - Updated - - - I would put up a picture but im not not at home
  21. Does anyone know where I can get a generic resuable zip tie that clips to the bodywork like those used to hold the loom in place? I've had a search but can't find anything but that's probably as I don't know what to call them
  22. This is what I have been going by mate. They need to be equal length to each actuator from the T-piece as well. http://z32.wikispaces.com/Vacuum+Diagrams Hop you don't mind me asking on your thread but it's on the same subject: I know the solenoid needs to have as short a pipe as possible from the take-off from the balance bar but does anyone know for sure how long is to long? I'd like to mount mine in the footwell or behind the dash.
