Calling all Female Z Drivers ....
When I was 18 (god that was 10 years ago) when you used to be able to find free parking in the town centre. You used to sit in a queue and take your turn to park facing the wall. we were sat about 3 back, my mum was driving. Somebody pulled out of a spot and the woman at the front in her big s class went to pull in. A meat head flew in, wrong way in the one way system and parked in the spot. The woman honked and shouted very politeley I may add to the man who locked his car and started to walk off. He was pissing himself laughing.. he shouted to her, when you drive as well as me you can do what you like... This is a true story, honest.. she revved the car up and accelerated hard into the back of his motor, forcing it through the wall. She got out the car and shouted to him, when you are as rich as me you can do what you want and walked off... Classiest chick I have ever seen....

Ive agreed with everything you have said till now. Its the moderators job to police the site and we dont need to try and stir up a lynch mob for his public hanging. Just my opinion though...

Calling all Female Z Drivers ....
My advice to any female who feels this way, dont drive anymore. The roads will be safer:devil2: Only joking.. its not that you are female, but they are tossers.... Pretty much the same happened to me. (sorry but I drive a BMW, do a lot of miles and is a comfortable motorway warrior).. couple of daft arses playing games with the wife and kids in the car. After a while and several miles of backing right off trying to keep my distance as my family were with me, I thought Im off. whacked it into the inside because I was coming off, got beside them and told them to pull over... which of course the faggots didnt. I indicated to pull off and was doing about 85 leptons but foot off the throttle. A knob in disco decided he didnt want to be passed on the inside so pulled in front of me and yanked the brakes on... I was furious at this point and the guy in the disco knew he was in trouble... This is where I got my lesson.. I was pulled by an unmarked and a very reasonable copper. Firstly he was going to pull the young lads as he had been watching what was going on ( had it taped for later), then he was going to pull the disco, as he said he is the polieman not somebody else and his job to slow people down safely. He pulled me to calm me down. He was fully understanding of why I was raging as he had seen the incident. If I had remained calm the other knobs would have been pulled and would have received points.. Its funny how things escalate, people get involved in things they shouldnt and unfortunately accidents happen. Best to keep calm and stay out of the way. My lesson learnt....:death:

Public Sector Vs Jeremy Clarkson
I agree with this 100%, sounds like we may be in the same business.. :-) over the last 10 years I worked on various projects for police and ambulance services, health network etc and my colleagues are now working on the spine project, ensuring hospitals and other services can communicate with each other. pass data after heart exams etc... communicate with the emergency services en route to hospital etc What would happen if we walked out? who would make sure could still make phone calls, use the internet, send emails etc..? you dont make the timescales you are out and at one point I left home on Monday morning at 6.00am and got home late Friday and did that foe several months.. The hours took its toll so I changed jobs.. simples..

Public Sector Vs Jeremy Clarkson
I was at a bbq during the summer and a lass there who had a good position working for the housing department. I laid off the booze because I had a large presentation to deliver the next day. She wasnt bothered, just had to tell them she was stressed and would get an extra week or two to deliver her report. i would get fired!!! I have a mate who works as an IT manager, wont leave becasue in his words he would have to start working for a living. A couple of years ago he got me an interview to an IT mgrs job, didnt get it because I was over qualified and that threatened the moron who interviewed me. I know teachers who have an easy life, because they dont do out of hours work like the good ones do.. I could go on for hours. Problem is ion the public sector there is no way to get rid of the leaches... As far as the striking goes, in your words it is a public service, possibly a life and death service therefore it should be illegal to strike.. but I also stick by words.. Make the pay attractive in this job and you will entice better people and give them the want to work and not strike.. I honestly believe nurses are underpaid which is why they disappear off abroad.. Final salary pensions have brought down some pretty big companies and does have the potential to deliver a lot of damage to our economic state.... If the average working person knew what these people who never want to work received from the government then there would be a strike, commonly referred to as a civil unrest... lol.... I know they are different to your opinions Jane, neither of us are probably right, but f***ing good to get it off your chest...lol

Public Sector Vs Jeremy Clarkson
The books still have to balance... The private sector is making all sorts of cut backs to survive and the public sector dont care? They want to remain in their unsustainable bubble? You know I have a lot of friends and family in the public sector because in the NE thats were most jobs are... but something has to give... I also believe it should be illegal for nurses and firemen to strike, just like the soldiers and police. 90% of public sector workers would not make it in a job outside of the public sector.

But you have to look at the bigger picture, final salary pensions just cannot be financed going which is why they have been removed from the private sector. Mine included. My Wife is a civil servant and her pension is fantastic. even she agrees it needs to be brought more in line with the real wold. the answer is to pay people properly, pay them their worth, i.e. nurses, soldiers etc. this will attract quality people as it is an attractive job then. Pay peanuts - get monkeys. Both of my brothers were squaddies and I feel were severely underpaid. my little brother is now secutrity in a hospitaland gets paid a pittance for dealing with these I will never work @ssholes.. ive not had a payrise in 2 years either, my final salary pension has gone, but I look at it that I am glad to have a job as lots of people cannot. but im not whinging about it and going on strike.... And this little tantrum from the private sector cost most people a days holiday or child working costs.. why do the private sector workers have to fund the public sector? Dont I work as hard? dont I deserve a good pension? It did help the economy though, rather than standing on the picket line they went shopping.. a welcome boost to the economy... I always avoid these types of discussions becasue it brings out the victor meldrew in us all...
