  4. No mate, they are the right size M12 X 1.25. I have just gone and spent £52.00 on some star type ones from PRI Racing now :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal
  5. 235/40/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.
  6. What a fookin pain in the a55 to line the lines on the belt to the marks on the sprockets, without the bastid thing violently turning :headvswal but finally did it all brilliantly lined up etc tensioner is right in indicating that the old belt was stretched to its maximum. Put the lightweight pulley on took it out of 5th hand turned the pulley a few times to make sure it went around smoothly and no knocking noises or anything, absolutly spot on well chuffed   but even though the belt lines all lined up with appropriate markings, even after I turned the belt around 4 full turns the lines on the belt did'nt match up with the markings again :wack: so it makes me wonder was that matching the lines up all neccasary?? Or does it need to rotate around a few more times to match up?? Anyway does'nt really matter its all done and perfect just got to start putting new and claened bits back on again :)

  20. The spark plugs have been removed mate, the question I am asking is: Is it Ok to just cut or take the timing belt off now without any of the sprockets moving out of place?? As I have read once the belt is removed the sprockets can violently turn causing damage, as they are under tension from the belt??
  21. I am just about to remove the timing belt to put on the new one, just one question now I have removed the crank pulley etc and read the 60K instructions. Do I still need to use the belt wrap technique to stop any of the sprockets turning as I remove the belt or can I just cut the old belt off and put the new one on without any of the sprockets etc turning?? Cheers in advance :duffer:
  22. I would really like to go, but it depends on price and when etc??
