Not exactly stopped for speeding but I got stopped at 5am on the way to work in my 1st zed because " it was too nice a car to be out at that time" and I got stopped in my starion because the copper " had one once and hadn't seen one for ages!" :blink:

Heh! Us girls can just sit in the car giggling and playing stoopid! As long as you get stopped by a male copper not another woman. Always works!!

Well I finally got my little fiesta back yesterday. I was glad to get rid of my courtesy car, much prefer my zetec s to the new fiesta!! I must admit that they have made a real effort, the rusty rear wings have been replaced and waxoyled and the heater has been repaired. Although now the join with the back bumper is out and my rear view mirror was on the floor, I'm happy. Neither of these problems was covered by the warranty and it has offset the cost of replacing the gearbox. Well done gordons! :clap:

Huh. I paid nearly that for the chip! Great cars for the money. Like, mr2 or a new washing machine- hmmmm!!

Got sick of the t bar dripping on me so I got rid after a couple of years. Regretted it tho. Still got the chip in a drawer somewhere tho, just in case I get another!!

You can carry all sorts on an mr2 tho! We brought a 42in telly home from comet on the back of mine. Prob as well we didn't get spotted I spose

It was rush hour driving back so I was fairly sedate till I got on the country roads. Then I frightened myself and went back to pootling!! :scared:

got my car back from zedworld today. They've put a better exhaust on, (ta pyronut) fitted a chip and done a few other odds n ends. He was great to start with but now he's sooooooo much better!! :biggrin:

I'm off work till next fri so I don't know wot I'm doing Sundaywise but doesn't matter cos there are lots of people who will grab the overtime!! I'm looking at the wind n rain with a big smile on my face cos it will knock loads of leaves off the trees and I won't have to deal with the slippy track! Heh

I get my car back tomorrow :biggrin: now I've just gotta get the day off work!
