found this made me laugh
Mine was lowered but was only an esi so no spoiler so the boot was completely flat. Once I came out of the supermarket to find some woman had plonked her brat on the boot so she could tie her shoelaces!!! I could probably be heard roaring at her all over Manchester !!

found this made me laugh
I used to have a crx. I loved it till one day the electric roof got stuck half way up! 4.30 on a Friday afternoon. Had no choice but to take it to the local Honda dealer. I knew it was probably just two little plastic cogs that usually fail. Bobbed in unannounced a few days later to find my car in pieces with 4 mechanics stood round it reading the instruction manual! They eventually replaced the electric motor and gave me a bill of several hundred pounds. They also returned all the duff parts they had replaced.... Including 2 little damaged plastic cogs!!! Grrr.

Rattling her tits off!!
Yeah. My other halfs engine warning light came on in his BMW. After a couple of attempts to sort it he left it on the drive and bought a new car instead!!

It peels off- honest!!
My other half was at the paint shop today. They had a corsa in that had been dipped ( using the spray not the film ) the people who applied it said it would just peel straight off. It took a lot of paint with it! It's welded to the plastic and rubber trim It's in all the nooks and crannies! Nightmare!!

Happy Belfast
Nice to see lots of happy smiley faces! I grew up in a place called Bramhall, which has apparently just been voted the friendliest village in Britain. But I lived on a council estate on the edge of the village and, although we got on well, everybody else hated us for 'lowering the tone'! Only friendly if you are one of the in crowd!

rant
Yeah, the cyclists without lights are a menace. Nearly smeared one up my bonnet the other night. It was raining. He was on a dark bike wearing a black jacket with the hood up riding down the middle of the road!!

Picking the new car up in the morning
Whilst French cars have improved greatly over the past few years, I would still never buy one. Having said that, the ds3 is a great looking car, I really like them.

giving up smoking.
Swap from smoking to vaping. Then reduce the nicotine strength. Use the fruit flavours rather than the tobacco ones
