Bye bye tax disk!
Aw! I've had my Wacky Races tax disc holder since I was about 25! I've transferred it every time I've changed cars.

Hello!!! :) I may be going to the dark side :/
If its what you want, then get it. At least then you won't look back later and wish you had. And, even if its not as good as a zed, its gonna be better than most winter drives.

Sorn'd
When it snowed last year, I went out to play in the mx5. No probs with hills and speed bumps. Dave took his BMW up and down the steepest road in Manchester with no probs. couldn't even get over a speed bump in his normal tyres. Would def recommend winter tyres if you can source them

Sorn'd
I've put winter tyres on my mx5 which is my daily driver. Does make a real difference. But, obviously, they were much cheaper and a more common size than tyres for a zed.

Show us yer Decs....
I was away this weekend. When I drove up my road, it was like being back at Blackpool illuminations!

Go racing?
For that sort of money you could extend your garage, keep the zed and use it to go out for lovely drives in the country, or summat, in the summer. Or anything your wife can get involved in!!

My other half is a Dave. So is my brother but he's not on here!

Out of date Baileys...
We've always got a bottle of baileys in the fridge. Tastes like school milk if its not cold!! Need less ice then, stops it going watery!
-
Out of date Baileys...
Assume the bottle was unopened?! Don't know if I would trust Baileys, its cream based. Would be worried in case it was full of listeria!!! Plenty of time to recover before Christmas tho!

RiP Bodie
Sad. The professionals was my fave programme when I was younger. Always preferred Bodie to Doyle despite his awful clothes.

what do you think?? Style Police?
Perfect for when you are doing doughnuts in sainsburys car park at midnight!!

Got a kitten - bloody thing has chewed all of its neutering stitches out!
Be careful. My cat got bit on his backside and I had an appt at the vets the next day. Overnight he turned a small puncture into a 2 inch gaping hole and a £800 vet bill!! If she's grooming the area at all I would get her a big collar straight away. You might be better taking her to see the vet nurse. You may not need an appt and many vets don't charge for a quick shufty!!
-
my revised extension plans
Hope you've got a nice big radiator for that conservatory- it will take some heating in winter!!

Got a kitten - bloody thing has chewed all of its neutering stitches out!
Most vets use dissolvable stitches these days that don't need removing but I'm surprised your vet didn't give you a collar. It varies how long they take to dissolve between individuals and the area of the op. I would phone your vet and see what they say but if the wound isn't open or weeping then stick with the good old salty water till they tell you otherwise
