Cheers mate, Ive found the one I want, but should the page show only some pics and a load of little white boxes in the other squares? the only reason I ask is Im trying to confirm it is the right one and the only other refrence ive got is the heater controls, the one in the garage hasnt got a digital readout and push buttons, its just got a dial, but all its showing on the web page is a little white box :confused:

Is there different standard spoilers for different years and for uk/jap/usa zeds? Ive seen a different spoiler on a p reg car in our local garage and just wondered if it was standard, any pics would be apreciated

Try a search for a product called ad-aware SE, download it and run it, its free, and you'll be amazed at how much crap youve got on there. Delete it all and you'll find your pc is a lot faster, Its eazy, It must be coz i can do it and i know fook all about computers

Im a timeserved fitter, (not done it for 20 yrs! I suddenly feel old!!) used to make bombs for a living! Can and have taken engines out, re built, and put back, I used to have a beetle and i built a 2.3Ltr engine for it, took the engine out at least once a month tinkered with it and put it back, all on the street outside my mums. But im totaly useless when it comes to auto electrics and thats why the zed scares the sh1t out of me!! :confused: :confused: :confused:

Im not absolutely positive but I think the boot release and petrol door are cable, maybe yours has stretched a bit, however i havent a clue how you would adjust, I asume at the catch end with the boot open, sorry i cant be of more help

Is there an aftermarket steering wheel out there that has the buttons on it for cruise control? My original is looking a bit sad but i quite like the c.c. buttons where they are. Cheers Pete

Posted a thread a few days ago about noisy steering, had to use the car the next day before i could check it, got the same symptoms as you, (never had that bit before) checked the fluid level and it was very low, assumed that when i turned the wheel (say as i went round a corner) that the reservoir was letting air in and causing the rack to act like a non ps type, hope this helps
