  1. Personally I would change the oil feeds as they get all coked up inside restricting oil flow
  2. Someone's done the exact same on my front wings but mine look even worse, I don't know why you would think its ok to jack the car up there

There's obviously quite a lot of work involved its tight in the engine bay as the Rb is a lot longer than the vg engine You would need to mount the Rb engine n subframe to the 300 then Custom wiring loom Custom rad pipes down pipes and exhaust, try n fit the rad in, space the bonnet as it would more than like sit a little higher, you may have to knock the bulk head back, Wire up things like clocks, fuel pump ect ect Plus then you want to make sure you get an r33 Rb engine as these use a long nose crank which drive the oil pump better if not the short nose crank needs a collar fitting as these don't have as much contact on the oil pump, in turn this shatters the oil pump at high rpm, Also with the Rb the oil pump is the weak part so you would need to upgrade and the greddy or Nito are around £1000 Then with the new oil pump fitted you need to fit restrictors in the block and a head drain kit back to the sump, All this before you think about tuning one, a lot of work involved

  10. Couldn't agree more and whilst its out you could replace some of the harder to reach hoses ect just for piece of mind, can be a ball ache with the engine in
  11. The things is though it may only need a slight polish mate so you might be lucky, the best thing to do us as soon as it starts to knock stop driving it and replace the bearings, even if the crank does need grinding its not the end of the world
  12. With knocking it nearly always scores the crank at least a little, like has been said don't just fit std bearings without checking the crank over as you will end up fitting them and it knocking as soon as you start it up, some times when knocking it also scores the conrod as the shell slips, so check the crank and the rod with the damaged bearing
  13. You will need to take the crank out and inspect it to see if its been scored ect till then you won't no which size you need you might get away with just a polish if your lucky if not you will need it machining then the engineer will tell you how much they needed to take off and advise on size
  14. I would definatly get the free legal aid to represent you as they talk in law terms and can ask difficult questions worded differently to try n trip you up,

  17. Yep shared it with my uncle for abit so we used to chip in 30 quid each but after about a year I left n he had it himself
  18. I used to pay £60 a week that was big enough for about 6 cars had a 2 poster n bench n what not in
  19. Also willing to maybe go in halves with someone aswell, I need more space ect and a 2 post ramp is always helpful

  22. Read some great reviews on them and seen some flow charts they flow a lot better than most manifolds on the market, plus read that they haven't had one complaint of them cracking yet?
  23. I'm thinking of buying some pentroof manifolds and wanna swap the 3bolt greddy td turbo flange for the 4bolt t25 flange How much do you think it will cost for a company to weld on a new flange? Before you say they will crack ect I would add extra bracing ect and also make a mount to take some of the weight of the turbo
