  6. very much so .... getting the EGR off isn't so bad its the pipe that goes to the Passenger side exhaust manifold its a pain and Rusted well ... best thing to do is block the holes in the pipes to plenum and disconnect the vac line to the egr

  15. your gonna have to take me of the list i'm afraid due to Funds plus 300 mile round trip but my main concern is the engine rebuilt / new tubs would be around a month old need to iron any problems out before that journey Sorry Mark

  20. boost leak safe mode plumbed wrong
  21. Pearl colours need a silver/chrome type base to get the effect
  22. I do have some other paints in will check colours look up fask colour I stock a range of that too they seem to have some nice strange ones
  23. yes and its a soft plastic if u use cellulose paints ( car paint) it will melt
  24. if your leaning to paint just use water based types .. then u dont need to mess with thinners/and dedicated cleaners 20>45psi is a bit extream more like 5>10psi will do for painting with airbrush
  25. dont use celulose based paints ... your kit will melt :)
